Service was a bit slow esp after ordering initial round of drinks. It was two glasses of wine and a cocktail. It wasn't entirely full in the bar area or main but took 15 min. Desserts were awesome.
Brunch was delicious. Especially the giant cinnamon roll that we shared! Service was a little lackadaisical. Once we gave the server our order there wasn't much attention. Coffee was delivered but without milk or cream or a spoon. We had to flag someone down to get it. We were told food would come out as it was ready and that was fine but there was a longer gap between deliveries than we would have liked. Kind or weird the food was literally dropped off. No one asked if we needed anything else. It was okay but a tad more attention would have been nice.
This place is overrated. And they intentionally run out of their burger every night. This might've been cool 20 years ago. Nobody is falling for this anymore.
We went for Easter Brunch and it was excellent. I love the atmosphere. We were right by where the food come out of the kitchen but it was fine. Unfortunately, we were told the burgers had been 86ed, and two of our 4 were there for them. I don 't know if they were saving some for dinner. The Black Pepper Biscuits and Gravy were awesome.
Outdoor seating is so ratchet, no heat lamps despite what was advertised and an umbrella flew away. They need a tent or something. Food was also not great. Service forgot multiple items of ours (which we had to point out after 3/4 ppl ate their meals). Overall not a good experience.
Delicious food, nice selection, and excellent service. One star off for ambience- very noisy, conversation mot easy. But we'll definitely return,
We had a really lovely meal. The burger was fantastic as were the cocktails and salad. All 3 diners at our table were very satisfied.
We really enjoyed the family style sharing of many different items. The dishes were all very flavorful and delicious. The ingredient combinations were unique, and they worked really well together. We had our three kids with us and they enjoyed trying everything too. Definitely would love to return for another wonderful meal. The service was very attentive and we thought the ambiance was chic and welcoming.
My friends and I went for brunch and the food was so delicious and the service was great. I loved how cozy the place was and the atmosphere.

Good food. They have a large space that can accommodate large groups. One thing I’m missing was espresso based drinks. They only had regular coffee.

We had Kelsey as a server and she was extremely condescending and rude to my family and I. We will not be returning after this experience.

Great spot. Came here with a large group and was served a pre-selected meal. Staff was able to accommodate my food allergy safely, even in that challenging situation.

Coming from Portland ME to Cambridge MA for a memorial I thought we'd try Sunday brunch at Alden and Harlow before the service. I was looking forward to the "Morning Phase" mezcal and cold brew cocktail before church but the waiter said they were out of the ingredients. At noon when they opened at 10:30am?? Also, he informed us that it was tapas style with plates meant for sharing. That isn't mentioned anywhere obvious on the website, and the plates definitely weren't tapas style sharing plates. The focaccia egg sandwich was pretty poor. No wonder everyone's driving up to Portland to eat.
