We go to Amelia's fairly regularly and always enjoy our meal there! The food always comes out quickly and is delicious, and the service is great. This time around we went with our favorites, Caponatina and Arancini as starters, Bolognese and Pappardelle as our meals, and a Tiramisu for dessert. We even had some leftover pasta!

Service was great but we didn’t enjoy our meal. The calamari was soggy, the gnocchi was sweet and the pappardelle was oily.

We may have been just unlucky with the bad weather and MLK bank holiday. As we got into the restaurant for our 8:30 reservation, there was just one more table that was about to finish their meal. We ended up being the only table in the restaurant. It felt like the crew was waiting for us to finish and leave. Main dishes were served as we were still only half way through our appetizers. Bill came before we were finished with the main dishes. Food was OK.

It's an attractive restaurant, small and cozy, with tables a bit too close together. My entrée, Pasta Norma, which is eggplant with tomato sauce was OK, but just OK. The small breadstick shaped pieces of focaccia can't compare with real Italian bread served in a little basket. You're invited to dip it in a mixture of some curry flavored concoction. What's wrong with extra virgin olive oil or butter? The Arancini were mushy. I don't want to overstate it, because I've had good meals here before. But on this Saturday night, it was spotty.

Absolutely delicious. The brick chicken was amazing as was the parm chicken. Cannot wait to go back!

Phenomenal as always. Food is phenomenal. Drinks are perfect and easily catered to making me an amazing mocktail. Service is perfect and always is.

First time and Amelia's did not disappoint, in fact they exceeded expectations. Great “neighborhood gem” atmosphere, superb service from the team led by Mohammad who was charming and attentive. Salads were great as were our mains, especially the veal saltimbocca. Generous portions and a really friendly wine list as well. We will for sure be back. Well done!!

As always the food is very solid, service great. Specials are on point, and drinks very good. On busy nights it gets really loud so not recommended to bring people who have hearing difficulties.

The food was delicious. Though the place was a little noisy it is quite charming. The staff was wonderful. I would only suggest that their chairs be a little bit more comfortable.

The food and service were fantastic. To my taste, Amelia's Trattoria serves the best Italian food in Cambridge. Chicken piccata, Brick Style chicken and especially the Bolognese were all scrumptious. The arancini cant be beat. The staff was attentive, although we felt a bit rushed as we were asked for our selections before being asked if we wanted cocktails. In addition the bill was presented immediately after we ordered dessert well before dessert and coffee were delivered. The real reason for my low rating is that the dining area was incredibly loud. We were a party of 4 and it was hard to hear the person next to me let alone the person across from me. The owners need to do something to relieve the noise level. None of us want to go back due to the noise level.

Horrible racist service. Arrived right at our reservation time only to wait 40 minutes to be seated. We were not checked on, snapped at, and had to constantly ask for water, to order, for our food to come out, for the check. Others were treated nicely and were given free appetizers for their wait.

Absolutely loved the food, from the calamari, to the arancini appetizer, to the phenomenal chicken piccata with delicious in season roasted vegetables, and excellent chicken parmesan, bolognese and outstanding carbonara. Special mention for the Strawberry Fields cocktail. Servers were attentive and as quick as possible with a full house. Atmosphere is cozy and intimate with just a few tables and a bar. Glad we made a reservation! Line was building as we left....looking forward to returning when we are back in Cambridge. Wonderful neighborhood gem
