It's a little Middle Eastern Cafe that is unpretentious and exquisite in their food, their atmosphere, and the friendliness of the staff. A true diamond in the rust!

The staff is super nice and accommodating we came in a large party and forgot to make a reservation (don't do that lol) but since there was space they just told us to make sure to make reservations in the future and gave the best accommodation they could. Great food and drink - spectacular hummus. But 10 DOLLARS PER PERSON FOR RESERVATIONS (so we wouldn't make the mistake we made last time?) ARE YOU CRAZY?

There is absolutely no parking whatsoever on street and not because it was crowded. I tried to find a spot going around the block a few times and gave up. Was hard to tell exactly where it was. Kind of felt like it was hidden. I wish I had a chance to try it. πŸ˜”

Raspberry mint lemonade was delicious, along with their pastries. Gorgeous interior and friendly staff. Will definitely come back.

Most beautiful cafΓ© in Boston for so many reasons. The big open windows and cozy nooks, the grape arbor patio where elders gather, the gorgeous food and vegan options, the kind and welcoming hospitality. Bless these warm kind souls πŸ–€πŸ’šβ€οΈπŸ€ may everyone everywhere be so well fed, especially Palestine.

Service and food quality has really gone down. Very small portions and not good quality at all.

Beautiful spot, the iced coffee and the mango and orange smoothie were really good! And the croissant and cheesecake were delicious. The service was wonderful and they were very sweet πŸ™Œ

Amazing atmosphere, wonderful staff, the food is tasty, but expensive for what it is. Portions are a bit smaller than I would like. Some dishes seem a bit Americanized.

I came for breakfast here, and I think it genuinely might've been the best breakfast I've ever had! I got a mocha and a tomato and feta cheese omelet (came with fries, toast, and watermelon), and everything was soooooooo good and very flavourful! The people there were also really nice, and the cafe itself is very beautiful! Inshaallah I'll be back again!

It is always difficult to put a bad review on a place you used to like. I discovered Andala when I arrived in Cambridge and really enjoyed the atmosphere and comfy food there. This made it all the most dissapointing to see how that place has fallen since. I came here for a small bite on a Sunday afternoon to discover a place that was utterly disorganized and waited at least twenty minutes to order and another thirty to get my meal ready, not counting the arrival of a wrong plate in between. It was not a singular events as I observed the table around waiting and leaving before eating while the bell of the kitchen was ringing repeatedly to warn the staff that meals were ready while the same staff was joking around upstairs. I really hope this place can turn around and return to the quality it used to have πŸ™πŸΌ

Today, my friend invited me to try Andala, and I was looking forward to trying Palestinian food. However, upon entering, I noticed a T-shirt displayed on the wall that read, β€œThe Nazis made me afraid to be Jewish. The Israelis made me ashamed to be Jewish.”

As someone who is Jewish, I was deeply shocked and disturbed by this message. Displaying such a statement in a public space feels not only harmful but also deeply insensitive. It’s troubling to see Jewish identity and history being used in this way to advance a viewpoint.

Restaurants should strive to be welcoming and respectful to all patrons, regardless of background or beliefs. The food was fine, but I left feeling alientated and uncomfortable.
