I bought around 30 dollars worth of food (including tip) so that I can spend some time working.
I was asked to leave the moment I finished my food.
Don't expect to be allowed to work here.
They have okay food, just overpriced, like 16 dollars for hummus and 6 slices of flat bread and 6 pieces of vegetables and a sprinkle of ground beef.
I thought it was silly how others were working around me the entire duration I was there, but I was asked to move while others were working away.
And like, it's not even good food, it tasted like store bought frozen food.
Update: I keep spitting out gross film that came out of the food. Not only is it expensive, it's made with cheap and poor quality ingredients...

Way too humid (and espresso machine is broken), rude senior staff with weird hierarchy who would command a younger staff to deny a service dog.

this place has highly offensive and overtly political banners that made me feel uneasy. it also feels like someone’s kitchen/living room rather than a restaurant. i won’t be coming back.
Disgusting! Don't go there

The service was absolutely terrible. My friend and I ordered food and she also ordered an iced latte with oat milk, and about 40 minutes in of waiting our food still wasn’t served. I asked waiters 4 times for updates on our food and neither of them were able to provide us with any information. Our food finally came after waiting well over an hour. But they forgot my friend’s iced latte and we had to remind them, and it took them THREE times to get her latte order correct. First they didn’t use oat milk, and the second time they made a chai latte. The food and the ambiance weren’t bad, but the overall experience here was ruined by the very poor service and lack of professionalism from waitstaff.

Waited 20 minutes for a large coffee and banana bread to go. Took 5 minutes until one young waiter noticed me. The woman behind the counter had not even acknowledged me. The coffee was like hot brown water. The banana bread was not bad. The place was cozy - too bad no one was actually working there.

Terrible place! Don't go there. The service is horrendous. I got tea and a croissant for $10 and they not only served me scalding tea and a burnt croissant but they stole $10 from me because my total was only $10 and I gave them $20.

This place needs a serious overhaul. Start with cleaning. Smelly, reeks of old oil smell. Needed to even wash my coat, all clothes and shower after sitting there for 30 minutes. Never again. Shame. Shouldn’t still be open.

Look, if you're gonna advertise Turkish coffee, at least learn how to make it properly. You can even learn from Youtube. I received some sort of instant coffee powder mixed with a half-liter of water. That isn't Turkish coffee, that isn't even normal coffee. Desserts don't look fresh, either.

Tea tasted fine, but it took a while. Also, it was the most I ever paid for a small cup of tea.

Food looks good but I never got mine. 45 minutes of horrendous service. Good luck getting anyone to give you the time of day.

We were recommended to go to Andala for a taste of Middle Eastern food. When we reached there for lunch, we were surprised that it is quite a quaint place to be with their interior furnishing and places to sit at the terraces. It has Palestinian origins apparently. We ordered the Hummus Ajami with Beef with bread, a slice of Basbousa, and 2 kinds of tea - Hibiscus and Raspberry. As this might the first time we have tasted palestinian food, the hummus has a soothing unique taste with a hint of their spices. It went well with the minced beef and the bread slices. The tea, especially the Hibiscus, is really an acquired taste. Given opportunity, we would probably come back again to try their other choices of Middle Eastern food.
