Friendly people, cozy atmosphere, and a quiet escape. The street this restaurant is on is so calm. It is a nice change of pace from the usual noise on Mass Ave.

Ricardo, Ahmed, and Harry made me feel very welcome the moment I stepped in. They also have a chess / checkerboard available—it's the perfect spot to enjoy a game while you’re there.

I highly recommend this place!

I ordered a honey chai and it was delicious. It was made fresh in front of me, which gave me time to explore the restaurant a bit. My teammate lost her earbud the day before and the employees not only recognized her, but kept it safe for her. This is a new staple the next time I race at HOCR. Have not tried the food, but everything smelled good!

Andala is a nice laid-back spot for Middle Eastern food. The service is very friendly. The tea selections are amazing - there’s a whole tea menu. One of only two places I’ve been with multiple options for cinnamon tea.
