It was unbelievably hot, and not much air conditioning except for two fans

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. I had high expectations, as I am passionate about Palestinian food, culture, and history. The atmosphere lived up to my hopes- it’s a vibrant, airy, and welcoming space! However, the service was really as bad as other reviews say. The main problem is that they really need a few more servers. To their credit, they seem aware of this problem. The cafe was busy when we arrived, but we waited over 15 minutes for our order to be taken...

Found it to be cozy, delicious, and full of character. Asked for chai tea and the person at the cash counter got the chef to make it as close to Indian chai as he can. Comfortable couches, Arabic art, and a calm, unhurried vibe.
