We were recommended to go to Andala for a taste of Middle Eastern food. When we reached there for lunch, we were surprised that it is quite a quaint place to be with their interior furnishing and places to sit at the terraces. It has Palestinian origins apparently. We ordered the Hummus Ajami with Beef with bread, a slice of Basbousa, and 2 kinds of tea - Hibiscus and Raspberry. As this might the first time we have tasted palestinian food, the hummus has a soothing unique taste...
A bit pricey, especially for hookah. The hookah isn't bad. Food smelled delicious but didn't give any a try. Keep in mind hookah is outdoors and they didn't have heaters.
I recently visited Andala, and it instantly became one of my favorite spots in town! The cozy, welcoming atmosphere was the first thing I noticed—perfect for a quiet afternoon or catching up with friends. The menu was filled with delicious, authentic Middle Eastern dishes, full of flavor and heart.
