Cute 3 course menu for kids. Adult food actually quite good. Very noisy and had door open to private reception wihich added to the noise level.
Excellent Mother's Day Brunch. Options were varied and all who dined loved their meals. Service was attentive, and on point, even though they were busy. Highly recommend.
The best thing about Art Bar is the view of the charles and the city beyond. Outdoor seating on a nice day is recommended as the view is beautiful and the inside is quite loud. I bet the outdoor patio is fun at night. Service was slow and food was what you'd expect for a hotel restaurant. My poached egg was the weirdest consistency. The others said their food was okay, but nothing to write home about. Overall okay, but not sure I'd go back.
Great place to meet up with a good friend. The outdoor setting is also great during the good weather.
I was disappointed in the food and the service. We waited a long time to receive our lunch order and the restaurant was not busy. At one time, our server came to our table and mentioned something about burnt rice and they needed to remake one of the dishes. It was hard to understand our server. The server also charged one of the credit cards the full cost of the lunch instead of separating the cost between two credit cards. She corrected it, but given that the restaurant was not busy, it was like the server wasn't laying attention to what she was doing. I am not sure I would want to eat at the restaurant again.
Very nice restaurant within the Royal Sonesta Hotel. Especially nice is the outside patio overlooking the Charles in warm weather. Inside is fine but can be noisy.
Art Bar was recommended to me by my friend Penny as having a nice view and ambience to grab a lobster roll. It exceeded our expectations with delicious food and great service. I'll definitely go back when I'm in the area.
Artbar is one of the most beautiful places we've been. The food is delicious, the service is out of this world, they were able to accommodate a pretty unusual request for a special celebration. I'm very grateful for them and I will come here very often, highly recommended!!!
I have eaten here many times and Francis, our server has always been a pleasure to be with. My guest had a bunch of food requests, and she handled it with grace and made my client feel welcome. The kitchen honored every request wonderfully. I enjoyed the crab cake, the view and the service. Will be back!
Wonderful Valentine's Day experience! We were able to dine in an igloo on the terrace. The vibes were immaculate & our server was super attentive and pleasant! The food was so good and presentation was lovely. Definitely a spot worth checking out (& they validate parking!)

Weird table next to the server station and the door to the hotel was open so passerbys were looking in on dinner. Quite odd
Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed while also taking the time to chat with us and make us feel welcome. The food was delicious! Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and we will definitely be back.
Took over 30 minutes for our meal and then the food wasn't hot. One burger was salty and the rest of meals were below par expect for the kids grilled cheese which was fantastic.
We ended up here unexpectedly and really, really enjoyed the food. It was super accommodating for dietary needs like veggie and gluten free. It felt like a hidden gem!
We were just there for drinks and apps. The drinks menu was extensive and it was difficult to choose from many great sounding cocktails. The helpful and friendly bartender recommended one that was particularly seasonal and popular, and it was very good. For food, we absolutely loved the vegan empazone with Beyond meat. Flavorful, crispy, good portion size. Based on this quick visit, we will definitely be back for drinks and or a full meal another time. It was early on a Saturday and not too busy, so it was easy to get seats when just walking in and the noise level was very reasonable for having a conversation. Slightly hard to find because it's inside the hotel and Google maps was confused about which entrance to use.
Vegetarian options: Menu is not large all together but there are a decent number of vegetarian/vegan options. We were just there for drinks and apps, and absolutely loved the vegan empazone with Beyond meat. Flavorful, crispy, good portion size.
