Updated 2.2024.The service was mediocre (I watched the ice melt into my negroni for 10 minutes before I actually got to drink it). The food was ok. Fritto misto was really good. Mushrooms pears and taleggio not so much. It was a lot louder this time too.And the bill felt a bit steep. Over $100/person for a drink, an antipasto and a primo.The polpettone and especially the broccoli they brought with it were very good. Also the soffritto toscano with olives.

Another hotel restaurant that is actually very good. There are nice cocktails. I highly recommend the tuna crudo. The restaurant has a spacious feeling. Portions can seem somewhat small for things like pasta. Staff are friendly. This restaurant might be appropriate for graduation or celebratory dinners.

The menu is a joy to peruse and it seems you can't go wrong with your choices. The dishes are creatively designed, carefully prepared, beautifully presented and simply delicious. The pasta could not have been better. The room is warm and interesting albeit a bit loud for my taste.Parking: Parking fees at Charles Hotel are reduced for restaurant patrons.

It's an ok restaurant. The prosciutto and caesar salad they have is definitely solid but the pastas are extremely mediocre sauces were watery and portions were tiny. The roasted chicken lacked any flavor besides excessive salt. It's not that cheap either so I'd definitely not return.

Been here many times. Food is always solid. The burrata and tomato app is one of the best I've ever had. The gnocchi are solid. The desserts are also amazing. Love dining here. Always recommend this place to friends and family.

Nice ambience, great food and service. Low rating due to pathetic wine pour. I don’t know why a restaurant to save a dollar or two at most would make the first thing delivered to you to be a tiny portion for $14-22. It costs virtually nothing to create a ‘wow’ with another 3/4 inch of wine served. I think even the waitstaff was embarrassed. We won’t be back despite excellent food and service.

The food was very good. We went for the feast of seven fishes and did wine pairing with it. The wine was paired beautifully with food. The menu was selected carefully. The flavors of each dish were unique. We really enjoyed everything. We will be back for 100 layer lasagna, which was our favorite from our first visit, but we couldn't have because we were full. And dorade fish and stuffed cabbage was incredibly tasty and highlight of the meal.
