The coffee was fine. The food wasn't great. I ordered the Egg Toast and it came with extremely cold and wet potatoes and the bread was pretty dry. It has a weird vibe. The space is huge and empty. The main cafe space is littered with coffee tanks, refrigerators, office supplies. The staff seem to be extremely bored, but also not invested in making the space presentable either.Good location though! I probably won't come here again even though its the closest coffee shop to my house.

Nice old building, with oak flooring, exposed brick and tin ceiling inside, but somehow the café feels empty and soulless. Big windows looking out on Broadway. With a little thought it could be transformed into an awesome spot. Maybe it’s just their winter look. And their espressos could be better, both the beans and the pull. Burned flavor with chalky finish. Not my cup of tea.

I liked this place. Espresso shot was pretty good. I would have liked some sparking water or seltzer water to help clean my pallet but major respect for the pour over. Absolutely delicious. Come here to drink a pour over. A buddy of mine tried to get a 16 oz pour over and they said, nope, that will dilute the coffee and we can’t do that. Only 10oz. That’s beautiful. I loved it. Come on by and drink a pour over..Glory to God!

It's like this vast empty space that feels like it used to be something more impressive. Eerily quiet. Overpriced. Kind of rude staff who seem like they don't want to be there. I come here when all the other cafes are too busy, because there's always empty tables. I really wish someone would come in and make this place better.

Latte and customer service was great but it makes absolutely no sense for this cafe space not to offer Wi-fi to its customers. If they required purchase of products for access to the password and put a time limit on the amount of time you could stay it would make better sense than not offering it at all.

I enjoy the taste of coffee quite a bit here, the taste is indeed unique and would definitely go back for the coffee. But food is tasteless except for the cookies (would not recommend the quesadilla or the breakfast sandwich) and service really depends on who you are interacting with. Once I paid extra to add cheese on my breakfast sandwich, they did charge for it but did not add the cheese. When I pointed it out the cheese was missing, there wasn’t any offer to redo it or add it or reimburse me for it. I was quite hungry, so I said it was OK and wanted to eat it anyway. It isn’t much money but it feels disingenuous to charge a customer for a service and don’t provide it later or offer to reimburse.There also appears to be WiFi but they will tell you there is no public WiFi and don’t give the password to customers, which is quite odd for a cafe in this era. The design of the space is quite nice and feels spacious but there are no public outlets either. Looks like they don’t want their customers to be working at the cafe.

Coffee here is exceptional. Food is also very good but wouldn't necessarily go out of my way for the food unless I was going for a coffee. Slightly more expensive than some other shops in the area but I find their coffee to be worth paying the 50 cents extra. I have bought beans here several times because their roasts are so delicious. Drip coffee is the perfect temperature every time and I have never been disappointed by it. Really great medium roast. Hands down the best coffee in Cambridge imo.
