We enjoyed our takeout dinner from Base Crave and I'd love to come back and eat at their outdoor tables and try more of their menu! Highlights: palak paneer, tofu noodles - pretty simple dishes on the surface but the flavors here were next level. Fine but would probably skip next time: chana masala (flavors a little too mild), blueberry lassi (fun to try, with a hint of cardamom, but a bit too sweet to finish).

The food was really disappointing. When I bit into the potato, the center was still frozen — it was cold in my mouth, which shows it wasn’t cooked properly. It felt like the food had just been taken out of the freezer and reheated. Not fresh at all and definitely not what I expected from a restaurant.

The staff is welcoming, the service is quick and attentive. The food is good. Don't miss the lentil soup. The dining room is attractive, the seating is comfortable, and the tables aren't squished together. Best of all, no TV blaring so it's easy to have a conversation with your dining companions.
OMG… I was in the Cambridge MA Fresh Pond area and randomly stumbled upon Base Crave — hands down the tastiest food I’ve ever had. The flavors of the Tarkari Curry Lamb and Mushroom completely blew my mind! The place feels upscale, super clean, and the service was friendly. Great vibe with both indoor and outdoor seating, and plenty of street parking. Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes!

I bumped into this restaurant and got in it for lunch. I did takeout “Tofu curry” and there are a lot of vegetables too. Those textures are perfectly right and delicious! As I was by myself, I didn’t take out MoMo. I will definitely bring my family to the restaurant to enjoy variety of different things! Can’t wait to be back!!!
