The salad blew me away. Nice presentation first of all. Fresh ingredients grabbed my attention. The variety of ingredients was impressive. The dressing was perfect. I wish they had more locations but that might thin out their attention to every detail.

They were patient and offered several food options to meet dietary needs and worked with us on selected a prefect menuThe food is SO GOOD ! Sandwiches were fresh, pasta salad and salad were flavorful - their dressing is bomb. Must add the dessert tray, cookies and brownies never disappoint.The driver was so polite and understanding, it is w complex building to deliver to and she was so patient.The follow up service from Basial Tree, making sure we were pleased with our order.I cannot say enough!

We used them to cater an event and I got the cranberry tuna sandwich. It was good. You'll enjoy there food I promise just give them a try. We will certainly use them again. Also, the delivery person was really nice my only regret was I didn't have cash to tip him. He carried all the food up several flights of stairs and down a long corridor. We used Basil Tree fir the first time in many years. Loved them before, and glad to see they've kept up their good work. The customer support prior to the event was excellent. Our catering event had mostly women, and we've found that wrapping the sandwich halves makes a lot more sense. They were happy to do it, and labeled them all as well. There was a nominal upcharge, as expected, for this service. The delivery was on time, the delivery person was helpful and polite. The event was a working lunch for 20. Everyone was pleased with the options. We'll definitely use them again!

My job often caters BT. The pad thai is soooo good!!! I could eat that over and over again and I usually don't like pad thai, because of the overwhelming nut flavor, however, because the dish is chilled that flavor isn't overwhelming! You all are genius. Please never take the pad thai off the menu

With my multiple food orders over a three day conference, their staff was helpful in recommending the type of food, quantity, suggesting where to reduce or add perfectly. Their menu lists ingredients as well as indicates V / VG / GF / DF which was beyond helpful feeding such a large group. Delivery is by their own vehicles and staff so that you are not dependent on a separate delivery service. Can't thank them enough for their expertise, fresh quality food and would highly recommend Basil Tree Catering.
