I ordered the cookie cookie sundae from Ben and Jerry’s and the woman there was nice. In regards to the sundae itself, I was excited to have ice cream with two warm chocolate chip cookies but they turned out to be hard. Even after letting the ice cream soak into them they were still hard and I ended up throwing it away.

it’s yummy but super expensive — $8 for a small and $9 for a large
Tiny scoops for an outrageous price! Stale waffle cone, too.

The saleswoman was friendly and the ice cream was delicious. It was the only land that had this variety. But a ball for 8 dollars is a lot. That's how much a pint costs in the store

This Ben and Jerry’s location often has stale waffle cones. I have gone several times and the waffle maker is off and completely clean this means they are not making fresh cones. In fact I have gone here several times and never witnessed a staff member making fresh cones. They do stock a good variety of flavors. It is very expensive as with all other Ben and Jerry’s scoop shops.
Hot day, went in asked for a scoop of butter pecan in a waffle cone. Girl proceeds to give me what must have been a quarter scoop of ice cream and rang me up for 9.25. I told her the scoop was a very light and she said I guess I could give you more. I am so confused I've never been shorted ice cream at a Ben and Jerry's or a ice cream shop in general. I handed the cone back to her and walked out, but I wish I would have taken a picture it was actually infuriating. Avoid this place it's a tourist trap for Havard. Go to one of the local places and if you really want Ben and Jerry's they sell pints at the gas stations here for like $6.50.

May 2024:
Commercial ice cream is a go if you need some cold sweetness. Although will be supporting local joints next time.

I really liked my icecream cone from here but too bad they didn't have the Maple & Walnut taste that I got in Vermont the other day ;)
B&J's is always great

Its definitely overpriced, even for ben&jerrys, but its still good
The Ben & Jerry’s is open despite construction along the building. There are many flavors. The children’s cup with a topping is $7.25, the same price as an adult small. The cones looked very good but are largely premade and not warm. There is no seating inside. It was not crowded when I went but I imagine it could get crowded very quickly.
Ice cream is delicious! Ambience is delightful! Staff is very friendly and outgoing! Definitely the place to go!
Employees were nice, the inside is very small, no public restrooms. Street parking only, on a very busy street right in Harvard Square. They had a full range of all the good ice cream, including dairy free. A good place to stop if you are walking around looking for something sweet after dinner in Harvard.
Fast and friendly service! We even got to see them make the waffle cones right in store! It was a nice day, so they opened up the large window to the street to seemly welcome passers-by and give an outdoor-esque feel!
