Annie was beyond amazing!! She was so friendly and I really enjoyed talking to her! She complimented my nails and I casually explained that I got them done for my birthday, and after dinner she surprised me with a slice of cake & a candle on top! :) I'd go back there just to see her again! (the food was also incredible). Everything was amazing!!

I went with my family during our vacation the waitress immediately gave off a idc vibe wasn’t friendly and wasn’t very tending. We were in this establishment for about 2 hrs due to her not checking on us and taking forever to even put in our order and once did she asked our order as we placed it she wasn’t writing nothing down which isn’t unusual for a good waitress which she was not the funny thing is after hearing our order she stopped us and said wait I need a paper and pen I’m thinking ok maybe you should’ve had that when coming to take an order perhaps? . I was reviewing the menu again and just realized the sampler appetizer we ordered didn’t even come with everything (flatbread and ricotta missing). Overall experience was mediocre and that’s disappointing especially when on vacation to another state.

Order was wrong and when we pointed it out the waitress said she would have it remade since it was the kitchen's mistake. As she walked to the kitchen we heard her yell in Spanish "these snobs order the wrong thing and then blame us."!@ At that point we called her back asked for the bill since we would not be waiting for it to be remade.

My husband and I ordered a pizza from here that came out literally undercooked with stretchy dough. We let the server know that the dough was raw and stretchy, and instead of remaking it or removing it from the bill or even just cooking it for a little longer. Instead of that, the chef walked out from the back to our table to gaslight us! The chef told us that the dough was not undercooked in fact the stretchy dough was just cheese. And even after I showed him the raw dough that was clearly a part of the crust, he still insisted that it was cheese. Then he said that since we cannot tell the difference between thick crust and raw dough (crazy I know) he will make us a thin crust pizza instead. Not wanting this interaction to last any longer we took the thin crust pizza and left. This was the most asinine experience I've ever had at a restaurant.

Literally worst dining experience I've ever had. Should have know when we walked in and the restaurant was empty. Was greeted by a rude woman, was not lead to a table, Literally said " second booth near the window " did not tell us her name, came over and said " are you going to tell me what you want? We have a party coming in soon so I want to get your order in before they get here " ordered our food and it was legit disgusting, bland, over cooked pasta. The fire alarms went off cause they shut the vents off in the kitchen ( which they are not allowed to do during business hours ) so cold in there I could see my breath (not even being dramatic). Just seriously one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Only reason we paid was so that we could get out of there as fast as we could. Trash.

Pizza was super yum!! We ended up there on a Sunday after a big college game and they were out of most beers but the servers made sure to explain that to us early on. Our waiter was very welcoming and really took good care of us. While ordering they ended up forgetting to submit one plate and when we realized that the kitchen was able to push the food out fairly quick.

This Bertucci’s atmosphere is warm, the food is delicious and the service was great. Thank you to the Host/ Manager ,Danny, and our server, Kiara, for being attentive and friendly and making my Birthday dinner a superb experience this evening!

Wow. Just ordered this pizza 30 min ago and just picked it up; I'm almost certain they reheated a pizza from yesterday and gave it to me, I came early at 5pm. There is no way this is a fresh pizza; it's lukewarm, super dry, the pepperoni are completely dessicated and burnt, and there is absolutely not any "hot honey" drizzled on top. Worst pizza I've had in Boston, I just wasted $25.

When leading group tours we're often anticipating being overlooked by large chain restaurants, who see us as easy money with no need to impress us with good service. That was not the case tonight at Bertucci's in Kendall Square, where the staff, from top to bottom, treated us like we were welcomed and appreciate it.Kudos to the management team of Cheryl and Danny, and the attentive service staff of Sophi, Annie and Kiara. Serving large groups is always a challenge, especially when they're impatient teens, but this staff certainly understood their client and our needs. The students loved both the cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza, and the adults were very satisfied with the spaghetti and meat sauce, and pasta Alfredo. Nobody could seem to get enough of the rolls, and everybody was happy to see a chocolate chip cookie at the end of the meal. Thank you to the terrific staff tonight for making two weary Tour Manager's look awfully good. We look forward to our next visit!
Definitely not authentic Italian food. Food was ok. Drinks did tastes good and strong, however, the glass was small and packed with ice more then it was a drink.

I came here with a small group of friends for dinner. The food portions were really large and tasted pretty decent. The chicken parm and spaghetti was amazing, though the meatballs were average. Service was a bit slow, but overall a nice place for Italian food, and they have little bread buns to start you with.

Old Stinky P. has always loved Bertucci's...but he is not flashing his groovy grin as much anymore since many of the locations he chowed down at have closed. He has been to this location only once...and it was very good...but the old dude does not cross the bridge to the Far Left Bank much anymore. He now gets mostly delivery to his plush...but not overly ostentatious condo. He always found their Pizza wicked pissah! His favorite is the Sporkie! Groovy hot rolls...and salad. Pissah pasta as well...and old Stinky's go to is the Rigatoni Abruzzi. He really thinks the food here is groovy...and hope they will be around a lot longer.

Service was quite poor although there were only 3 or 4 tables with customers. The pizza base felt dry and not chewy. The rolls were good. We had to ask for dinner plates -- the wait staff assumed that the small plate for the appetizer and roll should be sufficient. The server never came back to check or to ask if we needed anything else.
