Unfortunately we had to wait awhile for our hibachi chef to begin and when he did my shrimp were not cleaned. I found them with poop all along the back. When reported to server they did remake the food which was nice. Chef also didn’t toss any of the cut up food into your mouth like other chefs were doing which was a disappointment because that’s a hibachi staple experience.

Nine of us went for Mothers Day. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Chef was excellent. He put on a nice show and got all our orders right. Food was great and cooked perfectly. It is pricey but worth for the experience.

I love Hibachi and this is the only one I've found in the area with a free meal on your birthday when a 2nd person buys a full price meal.

From start to finish it was a miss. I stated it was for a birthday. Honestly thought they'd do something special for the occasion. Nope. They messed up our our orders, food was bland, no show, no theatrics at the grill, missing chopsticks which we asked for several times and at the end of the night the wrong bill.

Service was not attentive. The experience was not interactive; no saki, short cooking experience and just left. Server did not come for second round of drinks. Server and chef appeared to be fighting.

They do have a good location, at least they should put more effort in to making food better, the service feels forced and not friendly, taste of food is not impressive at all.

I visited the hotel restaurant and had a mixed experience. To be fair, most of the guests seemed to be there for the hibachi, which appeared to be the main draw. However, I opted for the sushi and was disappointed with the quality.
The sashimi was not to my liking, and the octopus in particular was quite rubbery. While the morning buffet at the hotel is actually pretty good, I would suggest sticking to the hibachi or dining elsewhere if you are looking for high-quality seafood.

Have always enjoyed visiting Bisuteki for dinner. This was a special occasion we were celebrating my son's birthday. Everything was rushed and food had no flavor whatsoever. Other family at table didn't want any butter on vegetables and they were dry and tasteless. I ended up bringing my food home and recooking

I've been coming here for a while now with my brother and his son and they treat my brother and his son extra special. they give him fried rice the way he likes extra salad dressing on the side but the avocado tempura there ain't nothing like it. I have search high and low for that in other places and they're the only ones that do avocado tempura and it's so good. they're fried. rice is on the money. there's steak and chicken and that ginger sauce forget about it. I would come here every week just to get the avocado tempura but I would stay for that fried rice and that ginger sauce there hibachi is top notch if you're looking for really a really cool atmosphere and easy to park, come on in the food is always nice and hot and cooked to your liking. you could order it however you like it. I like no vegetables in my fried rice. not even egg I would give it all the stars but they only allow me to give five
