A Creative Thai Fusion Journey!
Black Ruby: Thai Craft Burger is truly a culinary adventure. Every dish I tried felt like a journey through bold creativity and refined Thai flavors. I ordered the burrata mushroom salad, mussels in red curry with rice wine, the Massaman burger, and tom yum shrimp pasta — and every single dish was absolutely amazing and delicious.
The flavor profiles were imaginative yet balanced, showing how much thought goes into their menu. It’s rare to find a place where every plate stands out on its own, but Black Ruby truly delivers.
Even though the shop was very busy during my visit, the staff managed everything smoothly. They were warm, welcoming, and clearly knowledgeable about the menu, which made the experience even better.
I highly recommend this spot — especially for Bostonians who want a great place to host friends, family, or out-of-town guests. It’s the perfect hangout for anyone looking to share unique, adventurous, and unforgettable flavors.

We’d give them 10 stars if we could! Staff was friendly, food came out quickly and every dish we had was incredible. The flavors were amazing —from the steamed pork dumplings to the chicken satay sandwich, pad thai spring rolls and massaman curry burger. Truly 10/10!

Really enjoyed my experience here. The service was nothing special, just the perfect amount of attention. Tried the massman curry - super good concept. The brioche bun was amazing! Def want to try more of their fall menu - especially that dessert!

From start to finish, the experience was a feast for the senses. The food was a masterful of creativity. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor; I genuinely savored every bite. The food and drink menu were exciting and well thought out. Given the quality and portion sizes, the pricing was incredibly reasonable.

It’s nice vibe and good service and good food but I feel like it’s so heavy and I need to have 10 cups of water after it.
Really impressed! The Thai flavors are authentic and bold, especially the Thai Basil Burger — juicy, fresh, and full of flavor. The service is friendly and the vibe is casual and welcoming. A great fusion spot that actually gets it right. Highly recommend!

This restaurant blew my expectations!! Everything we had was delicious and moderately affordable. The mussels were my favorite dish, the red curry sauce was the best. These were the best mussels I’ve ever had!!! The tom yum shrimp pasta was also incredible and some of the best pasta ive ever had. The mango sticky rice sundae was a perfect way to end the night. I will be returning every chance I get.

Really creative menu with a variety of interesting burgers. I got the green curry fried chicken burger which had great flavor and was kind of massive. Definitely ended up super full 😅

Probably the best burger I’ve had in my life — everything was perfectly balanced. The meat was insanely well-seasoned and cooked just right, juicy. The textures worked together like magic. The sauce was unreal. Perfection!

We love this place! Really enjoyed every burger. Try the specials. The PB&J and Massaman burgers were fire. My wife also liked the bolognese.
