Went to get a gluten free bagel based on reviews here. Very disappointed. I went at 9am on a Saturday and they said they didn’t have any??? After I waited in a long line :(

Solid bagel, but not really a 'bagel shop' in the classic sense in that they don't sell bulk bagels. More of a 'sandwich shop that happens to come on a bagel'. If they did sell half or full dozens, would be a 4 star.

Great food and an amazing option for gluten free people. They have a separate toaster but you have to ask specifically.
The service was horrible. There was a really nice couple of workers, but the lady who was ringing us up was absolutely ridiculous.
When we asked for a gluten free bagel and if it could be toasted in a separate toaster, she proceeded to go on a feisty rant on how it was soo much more work. From that point on she was passive aggressive about our order.
Make sure if you order gluten free you expect a little push back.

EDIT: The owner is super nice and very understanding. Most employees are nice, watch for the occasional rude one.

Came here for the first time about 5 days ago. Register guy asked my name for the order. I gave it to him and when the bakers went to call my name out once my food was ready they all held onto my bag for way longer than they should have. I went to check what was going on but little did I know they were all huddled in a circle talking in Spanish about how my name was “unpronounceable” and “ugly sounding”. They likely didn’t think I spoke fluent Spanish but it is my mother tongue and it was revolting having to sit there as those losers absolutely dug into me for no reason. This is what happens when you take a good business and pack it full of teenagers who were raised in a barn and think the world revolves around them. Teach your staff to respect people or don’t hire them at all. I will never come back here.

Gluten Free bagel is listed on their website as a handrolled bagel but in reality is prepackaged and harder than a rock. The worker also opened the package and then put it inside a bag with regular bagels contaminating it and then gave me an attitude when I asked for a new one in a seperate bag. Would not go back

They wouldn't let me order more than 4 bagels. I have a staff of 6 and wanted to buy them breakfast. No matter how much I asked, the staff would not budge. Bagelsaurus will always be #1
I will not be coming back.

The bagels 🥯 are made fresh (you can see the people making it at the back of the cafe) and the turkey mozzarella 🧀 with pesto 🍃 (+tomato 🍅) with everything bagel was pretty good.

i got the jalapeño cream cheese and everything bagel. it was pretty standard, but in a good way. the bread was toasty and there wasn’t too much cream cheese. there was a slight wait at 11am and all the seats were taken.

The best bagels and spread I ever had! I highly recommend their maple cream cheese and bacon spread.
Avocado toast okay. It was a little salty for me.

I’ve never had a New York bagel, but I’ve had a lot of bagels elsewhere, and Black Sheep’s takes the cake. Literally the best bagel I’ve ever eaten. Hands-down the best in Boston/Cambridge.

I tried the everything bagel with turkey— it was okay, but a bit too hard and crunchy for my taste. The hot latte was just alright as well. Overall, the place is decent but nothing extraordinary.
