I recently visited this bagel shop and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their bagels. The bagel I ordered was perfectly baked – crunchy on the outside and delightfully soft and chewy on the inside. However, the limited seating space meant that I had to wait a bit before finding a place to sit down. Despite that, the cozy atmosphere added to the charm of the place. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend it to fellow bagel enthusiasts.
I got a drip coffee with skim milk. The service at the register was great. But when the coffee came it tasted like water. I asked if there was a way the barista could fix it or make a new one. They got really defensive and said it’s cause they added skim milk. But we never asked for skim milk. Then she offers to add espresso but also charges me extra for the coffee they messed up. All I can say is they used to be consistent.

Business is very good after 8 o'clock in the morning on weekdays, the seats are almost full, and there are many people waiting for takeout. Bagels come in many flavors and can be paired with various spreads or made into sandwiches. There are also drinks to match.I ordered turkey pesto with a cheese bagel, and I got the bagel about five minutes after ordering. There are about three slices of turkey and a large piece of fresh mozzarella cheese inside, and then smeared with pesto. The overall taste is very refreshing, and it is just the right amount for breakfast.The space design in the store is slightly crowded, and the distance between seats is relatively narrow. Many people come to have breakfast, chat, read, etc. The atmosphere is very good, and the attitude of the store staff is also very friendly.

Went on a Sunday morning and waited about 20 minutes in line & for our food. Line moves pretty fast. There was no seating though. We really enjoyed the Bacon Egg and Fig sandwich on the Asiago Bagel and the Lox on the Everything Bagel. Will definitely be coming back again at an earlier time to try the Rosemary Salt Bagel!

Best bagels in Boston? Reminds me of cafes in Brooklyn - plants, crowded seating, but just cranking out good breakfast sandwiches. Get here early as there will probably be a line but service is fast and it’s worth it!
