I like the pizza here, but every time I come here I regret it, since the staff they all look depressed and as if somebody had put a gun on their head to work. It makes you lose your appetite. They do not even talk to you unless they really have to. It is so disappointing.

Held the $3.14 PI Day & told people who were waiting outside at 9pm that they would get in before the store closed then closed the store & issued coupons to people to redeem the $3.14 Pizza. Went back the next day and District Manager revoked the coupons. Don’t waste your time & it’s an unclean store anyway!

We go there a few times a week and I usually get the red vine pizza and my friend gets the white top pizza. When we are ordering, we have nice conversations with the workers making our pizzas. i like extra sauce and barely any mozzarella. It is always perfect. So I want to thank these three woman. Claudia, Ceci and Olga. Thanks for the good food and laughs and I look forward to my next delicious pizza.

Took a while to get our pizzas, it was evident that the kitchen staff had a tough time staying on top of the orders that were coming in and getting them to the hands of customers. The staff that took the order did not seem interested in doing so, and the order form took a little bit to make its way to the counter so I could even pay. And then - it was a waiting game. There seemed to be a lot of confusion as to where someone's pizza was, a lot of searching around of filled boxes and tickets, and there didn't seem to be a clear sense of where your order is in the queue. At least two customers left empty handed as they were told their pizzas had already been given to someone else. My cooked pizza was sitting a full five minutes on the cooling rack and might have stayed there even longer had I not asked if the order was mine and could they please box it. Unclear if it's an operations or staff training issue, maybe both. I got the keto crust veggie pizza, the toppings were fine but I should have probably just stuck to regular dough as the keto version isn't crispy or particularly flavorful. Too bad, I wanted to like this place more.

Don't go anywhere near lunch hour. They unfortunately have to prioritize online orders so you'll be waiting in line for a long time. I see this as a management issue, not a worker issue.
