Too expensive and the coffee wasn't that good either. Also no outlets...

Lovely, quiet atmosphere with lots of natural light—a good spot for studying or quiet conversation. The coffee is very good (only pricey).

Must-visit when in Boston! Any Blue Bottle location lives up to the hype. The coffee is excellent, with great attention to detail, and the baristas are friendly and welcoming. Had some quite a tasting coffee flight and it was superb! Blue Bottle never disappoints!

Great place with a lot of choice. Just put yourself on the list online before because it gets packed fast especially during weekends

Disappointing and I won’t be returning.
A coffee shop should be a warm, welcoming space, but I feel this one has missed the mark entirely. My few visits were frustrating enough to unfortunately dislike the place. The atmosphere felt cold from the moment I walked in, the barista didn’t say hello, didn’t smile (a smile is a welcoming sign, and it is FREE by the way!) and worse, they didn’t listen to my order properly and seemed uninterested in correcting it. I asked for an extra hot drink on all my visits, but I didn’t get more than a warm one. I returned the coffee in one of the visits and asked them to correct it as I like my drink extra hot, I just got the same thing, warm! they seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping a customer. I am not sure what they will LOSE in making the customer happy and get what they asked for?!
I visited another blue bottle café in different locations, and they are better. I went there because I liked their coffee bean and I live in Cambridge, MA near the store and also didn’t like to judge on one visit, but there are plenty of great coffee spots in town and this just isn’t one of them. Thanks.

Expensive and hit or miss drinks depending on the day. Consistently apathetic and cold service. Better off going to Faro or Circus Coop around the corner!

The cashier was acting clueless. I repeated my order three times, but she still got everything wrong. The baristas seemed annoyed when they had to remake my drinks. I’ve been to many Blue Bottle locations, but I’ve never been treated like this before.

The tall young man with curly hair who took my order and made my coffee on Aug 26 around noon was extremely unkind. When my coffee was ready, he didn’t say anything, so I had to ask if it was mine. Yet while chatting with his colleague, he was laughing and looked very cheerful. If you can be friendly with your coworkers, why not extend the same courtesy to customers?

Nice inside, pretty bland matcha and chai. Water cups seemed a bit dirty too.

I was walking around the university when I noticed this cafe. Randomly I went in and ordered their special sweet Cafe Latte.
To my surprize, this was one of the best Latte I ever had! The proportion of sugar and milk was absolutely perfect.
Unknowingly I found a gem and next time when I will be around Harvard, the coffee is surely gonna be their's!!!
Would give them full marks for the taste!

Service is horrible
Coffee was fine. Chairs are all uncomfortable and the decor feels like an Apple Store that’s let itself go.
