Great drinks and atmosphere, but the Wifi is abysmal. So slow it is almost unusable.
The NOLA iced coffee was out of this world. Excellent breakfast sandwich with turkey sausage as well!!!
Best coffee I've had in Cambridge. Devine waffles and banana bread
Best coffee shop in Cambridge. I would recommend the Iced Nola, it was so delicious. The cappucino was also mouthwatering. The place was so clean, there was also restrooms that were gender neutral. The baristas were so kind and friendly. Really love the service. There were plenty tables for u to hang out with friends.
They chairs are not very comfortable
One of the best cup of Mocha I have ever had. It is expensive, but worth it imo.
Loved the people but utterly dissatisfied with banana bread and taste of speciality coffee. I literally had bits of sugar in the banana bread. Plus the sad looking bay sandwich costs 8 USD? This was my first time at blue bottle but have been to many other specialty coffee stores before. This was probably the worst. But again, the staff was really good.
Good coffee! Neat place and great service.
literally the kindest staff <3 vibes were very good too
UPDATED REVIEW: I tried this place again as my usual coffee place was closed for the day. There was again a long wait, but this time it was because there were a good number of customers and only two staff members working. I got their winter latte special. It is flavored with juniper berries so it tasted unusual and I enjoyed the hot drink more than I’d enjoyed my iced latte over the summer. But half an hour after opening they had already sold out of a number of food options. This place still strikes me as understaffed and generally not very well managed. However at least my drink was better this time. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I stopped in here just after they opened. The employee who took my order was friendly but there was then a long wait for my drink although there were almost no other customers. When I was served it, I received an iced cappuccino in a small hot-coffee cup (which made it somewhat difficult to drink) and I could tell by the way the ice kept heavily clunking against the lid that there was a ton of ice in it. The cappuccino was decent but not great, and their drinks are expensive. I am newly living in this neighborhood but after my experience I haven’t returned. Updated from previous review on 2024-07-04

The coffee is very good. But $7.50 for a cold brew is a little nuts. You can get a comparable pour for <5$ at other local spots in a few block radius. Pricing is outrageous.
I like Blue bottle for reading/studying purposes. It has a chill and modern atmosphere, there is free Wifi, it's close to MIT and the coffee quality is good. One aspect that is bothering me however, is how every time I ask for a mug or glass (reusable container), I still get my coffee served in a paper cup. Not only does the paper cup ruin the taste of the coffee, but more importantly, we are creating more trash that ends up in our environment. For sustainability this is really unfortunate, especially in a city that tries to be more environmentally friendly. And that at a significantly higher than average price (6-7$ for a cup of coffee, not including tips!!)

I always make fond memories whenever I visit as it’s the only place in the wider Boston area which is slower than the red line - really impressive. If the baristas would talk a bit more it would become a standup comedy club. At least it’s expensive so you really savor your stuff once you get it!
