I’ve ordered office lunch via Relish from this restaurant three times now, and each time the chicken arrived stale and reeking of a foul odor. Clearly there’s zero regard for freshness or quality control. Very disappointing.

Had a lovely breakfast at Bluestone Lane! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with great service from the moment we walked in. The food was fresh and flavorful. I especially enjoyed the avocado toast and the flat white. A perfect spot for a relaxed morning with delicious options and a nice vibe. Definitely coming back!

Bluestone Lane is a chain of brunch places located right in the heart of Harvard Square, serving typical brunch offerings as well as Australian food & drink, such as Australian coffee.

We came here because of a deal on Claim, and decided to order take out. The takeout process was quite smooth, and the meal was prepared at the expected time.

We got 2 breakfast sandwiches, such as the BLATE sandwich as well as the Brekkie Sandwich. Both had a good amount of toppings, though on a bit of an expensive side for the portion. The fries were really good, with a nice seasoning and crispy. The breakfast sandwiches, the meal was a bit greasy but not overwhelming, however the bun wasn't what we expected and not entirely to our liking. However, it was still a good sandwich and would recommend.

Bluestone Lane turned out to be more of a restaurant than a cafe, with table seating and a waiter. I had a cortado, which was good, and avocado toast with poached egg. The avocado toast was delicious, hearty, and beautifully presented - one of the best I've ever had! I can even forgive the price tag of $25 for the meal. I see them as competing with Tatte, except without Tatte's pastry counter. Bluestone Lane doesn't serve a need in my life, but even given their high price point, they executed well.

I only bought an iced tea, which was actually pretty good (thus, the two stars, not one). What irked me, and will thus cause me to not patronize them again (as well as cause me to report them to the people I know in the AG's office), is the fact that they REFUSE cash payments! Businesses not taking cash for goods and services is not only BLATANTLY ILLEGAL, but inherently dangerous to our freedoms, if allowed to slow-creep into our society! But being that this is a company out of Australia, where tyranny seems to have already perniciously taken its unextractable root, perhaps this concept is lost on them.
