Love that place for their coffee quality and variations! Both take away and dine in options don’t disappoint! Perfect brunch place when in Harvard Square!
My last order was bacon eggs and cheese croissant and that was one of the best I ever had(I usually don’t like bacon but that one was perfectly crispy and not too greasy).
The only problem was with matcha pancakes: it sounded delicious on the menu but in reality the dish was not sweet at all as you expect for the pancakes, especially if you order it as a dessert after savory brunch.
Won’t stop me from coming back, especially since there are blueberry pancakes to try!

I ordered the matcha pancakes and they were very disappointed. The presentation of the pancakes was very beautiful with an orchid on top. But the taste was very bad and they were very dry. My friend ordered an almond croissant and that was below average too. It tasted a lot like a random grocery store brought croissant and not a bakery made croissant. Also, the service was really bad. We asked for water 3 times and they finally got us a bottle at the end of our meal. They completely forgot my friend’s croissant and she had to go to the counter and ask for it. Overall, the place seems to have a fun vibe but the food is very disappointing

This is EXACTLY what your looking for in an upscale cafe! Fresh food, delicious coffee, unique flavor combinations.
The serving were large and fair for the price. The food was delicious, well balanced, and oddly familiar.
This is the place you come to when you tell your friend “I know a spot”

Great vibe with healthy food options. Almost all in the all day breakfast menu have avocados! I wouldn’t call it “authentic Aussie” taste (been living Sydney for over a year) though. Coffee is great. Price is acceptable, on par with similar places. Worth a try!

Bluestone is a go to spot in the Boston area. Centrally located in the heart of Harvard Square, this cozy cafe offers top notch service and state of the art coffee and Australian-themed dishes. Whether you’re looking for a sit down space to get some work done, or a quintessential New England experience during the fall or winter months with their seasonal drinks, Bluestone has something to offer for everyone.
