The food and drinks are delicious! I got the chicken pesto toastie and the Iced layered mocha and it was wonderful! Service was top tier too! Shoutout my server Harlan he was amazing!!!

Used to love this place but in my last order the chicken in my wrap was undercooked.
I ordered a flat white to go through the app. When I arrived, I saw a mobile pick up station by the host podium, and as there was nothing there, I waited. After about 15 minutes, I went to the counter to ask about my order. It was ready and placed where I would never have seen it. The barista commented, “you should have let us know that you were here.”
If this is the case, then it seems silly to have a set up for pick ups. It wasn’t a great experience.
The drinks here are good. The food is okay and overpriced.

Service was beyond terrible. Overall appalling. Sloppy ambiance. Not a good example of this brand I know from NYC. Worse than a Starbucks.
