Até a bowl. Healthy, tasty, fast and furious. Staff is friendly. The lemon-ginger juice is great and comes sealed to take away with the bike without messing with your bag.

Great place for lunch. The Pho is done perfectly and Vietnamese iced tea hits the spot. Seating area is small but no problem finding a place to sit. Dine-in or takeout options are available.
Highly recommend to anyone wanting some great noodles!

Oh, man. Always so good. I'm obsessed with the Yaki Udon wok dish. And the regular boba has long been sooo good. Want to also give a shout out to the team here - they are fantastic. And have good taste in music. ;)

I recently visited Bon Me in Cambridge and had an amazing experience customizing my bowl. I opted for the chicken karaage as my protein, and it was absolutely delicious—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly paired with fresh veggies, rice, and a zesty sauce. The orange juice (or Lucky Orange Bubble Tea, as it’s called) was equally delightful, with a refreshing citrus kick that complemented the meal beautifully. The quality of both the food and drink was top-notch, and I can see why people rave about this place.
That said, I found the prices a bit steep, especially the $6.80 for the drink—it felt pricey for what it was. They don’t offer sodas, which limited my options a bit, though I suppose you could grab a Coke or something from Dunkin’ next door if you really want one. Overall, my meal came to just over $30, which is a bit much for an everyday lunch for my budget, but the deliciousness made it worth it for a special treat.
The service was friendly, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the customization options were fantastic. I’d highly recommend Bon Me for a high-quality, tasty meal, though it might not be feasible for daily lunches unless you have a bit more wiggle room in your pocket. Still, it’s a five-star experience for flavor and quality!

Came here waiting on a Staples order from across the street. They were good and fast but didn’t love my sandwich on scallion pancake.

For those of us who love cilantro, the rice bowl is extra fabulous. To each their own, but the “Namesake” banh mi and the ginger chicken rice bowl are the go-to meals.
I come here quite often to get lunch, especially given how close it is to home and work. I usually get the chicken pho and 99% of the time, it's pretty good. However, a few days ago, the chicken pho I had was lukewarm with firm noodles. A few hours later, I'm down with a bout of food poisoning. Bon Me is typically better than this with tasty food and fast service, but this experience has ruined chicken pho for me at this location...
Tried scallion panckae, veg fried rice and jp sandwich all are amazing

How can Bon Me's bricks-and-mortar outlet be so much worse than their food truck? Their truck has delicious food, served up by friendly and efficient crews. On the other hand, there's this Fresh Pond store. Is counter service that difficult to master? The food is always mediocre, still half-frozen due to insufficient cook time. Why can't Bon Me transplant the service standards of their Kendall Square store to Fresh Pond? After several visits, I am done with this place.

If you want someone to eat at your business why would make it impossible to order online? I am not retarded technology wise it’s just a mess of a website. You walk in and are greeted by a bunch of idiots who don’t speak English and make you use the tablet. What happened to ordering verbally? They can’t be bothered to interact with customer, and then expect a tip. Insanity. These hipster food truck start ups have gone too far:

The food at Bon Me was good but not great. The sandwiches lacked distinct favors and the level of spiciness was underwhelming. However, the vegetables on the sandwiches were very good saving what would have been an otherwise bland meal.
