They skimp on the sauce which is the only reason I got chicken. It’s just chicken nuggets with a little thought of sauce.

My favorite go to spot. Bonchon is consistently delicious and the chicken is unbeatable. They have friendly staff, fast service, and the place is very clean

Absolute horrible customer service. I ordered chicken strips and what I got was cut chicken breast with no crust on it. When I came back into the store, I was told that that’s how they serve their chicken strips. I explained to them that the picture on the website is nothing like what I received. She said there’s nothing they can do. I asked if I can order something else or get a refund and she said I cannot do either. I tried to explain to her what I received is not what’s on the website. She kept repeating herself. I told her what I received was thinly sliced chicken breast. She said they do not serve chicken breast. I told her that’s exactly what I received. Even the rest of the food I received was subpar compared to other restaurants in the chai When I asked to speak to the manager, she said that she is the manager. Then she said all she can do is take down my phone number and have somebody call me. I said to her, I don’t even live in the area. What’s the point of doing that? So when I told my fiancé that they messed up her order she decided to go into the restaurant herself. She spoke to the same lady. I spoke to and asked to speak to the manager, and the lady said that the manager just left. Lol. When she explained to her who I was and that she just spoke to me, then the lady behind the counter said “oh I am the manager.” This restaurant is an absolute joke. I even contacted corporate and all they sent me was a an apology letter and no offer of a refund.

After ordering on the spot on the evening of 5/27, the wait time was too long, so the clerk agreed to cancel the order and refund the money. On July 16, I called to inquire about the refund. The clerk Mini asked me to send the receipt to her mobile phone before refunding. But she didn't read the message at all, didn't contact me, and didn't receive the refund. This is a dishonest person!

Is this an AI reply? I have already sent all the information to MINI, but BONCHON did not solve the problem and instead used AI reply to create a positive corporate image. In fact, BONCHON is irresponsible.

I really enjoyed the food,very good taste and had a lot of veggies,the server was very kind and took his time with us,though the music wasn’t our favorite overall everything was very nice definitely coming back here next time 😁

It used to be good several years ago but it was super disappointing when we went back today. They served cold hardened rice (who knows how old it was) for bibimbap. The only good thing about this place is service of the staff member.

tldr; if you want good korean fried chicken go the bbq chicken. I got the half garlic and half galbi bone in chicken. The crunch is good and the skin is good, but they don't cook the actual chicken that well. There's a ton of flavor on top, but the chicken meat tastes like nothing and isn't cooked very well. It's kind of dry and has no flavor. Also there isn't a great variety of flavor either.

We HAD a Bonchon in WA. It went away because of I think too much competition. I missed it and when I saw Bonchon on our visit to Harvard, I was hyped !!

Anyway, great food as always. The service by Joneil was top notch, hardly any wait. The tables were spotless, wish the chairs were more comfy tho.

Highly recommend this place ! Will come back !

The $20 price tag of the tteokboki should’ve been enough to steer me away… but I was really craving it and my stomach decided for me. HORRIBLE CHOICE. It was TINY like 10 pieces of rice cakes and the sauce tasted like it used spicy bean paste (doenjang)… idk about the other items but DO NOT GET THE TTEOKBOKI.

10/10 staff tho 👊

Bonchon is a solid choice when you’re in the mood for crispy and flavorful Korean fried chicken! The sides are yummy too, especially the bulgogi fries and the pork belly Baos. Service was quick and friendly, I highly recommend if you’re in the area.
