Second time. Okay bagels, small selection, huge menu but can't read the tiny print from 15 feet. They answer the phone but the Bagel Na zi refused to take our huge phone order. Personality of a rock. Owner should fire him. We won't go back. Losing money.

This is our favorite go to bagel spot in our neighborhood. Staff is always friendly, fresh bagels, and quick. Online ordering is a great option when you’re on the go. We love getting their bagels by the dozen for the house as they stay fresh for awhile. Highly recommend!

I came here because I read the good reviews about their vegan bagels. The staff got my order wrong when I specifically asked for a vegan bagel and they tried to convince me that I can have a non-vegan bagel so they didn't have to make it again. Not coming back ever. Extremely unprofessional staff.

They have a whole vegan sandwich section with interesting choices. My only issue is that they seem to be all steamed bagel sandwiches. I appreciate the uniqueness, but I like toaster better.

Loved the Harvard Square Bagel Sandwich and the stuffed strawberry waffle. They were super nice about customizing the waffle with some extra chocolate and the Bollywood music on Sundays is fun! The service is great, friendly, and fast! Would highly highly recommend.

Just ordered a bagel to go. It was cold,and the dough tasted like a yesterday bagel. Maybe if you get a breakfast sandwich and it's toasted it'll be better but I would not suggest just getting bagels to go here

I cannot believe all the good reviews for this place! They microwave their bagels so the dough comes out horribly squishy & rubbery, & the toppings melt everywhere. The espresso drinks have too much milk. AFAIK, they didn't upcharge for non-dairy milk, & had various vegan options
