The bagels were very good. However, the order (made a few days in advance) which was supposed to arrive between 8:40-9 AM, arrived 9:30 AM. I was calling the Bagel Factory and a driver multiple times to ask if the order will arrive or not - no one bothered to pick up the phone. The order was for an event, so the experience was definitely not fun.

I went there for breakfast and gotta say they have the best bagels in town, really yummy and the bagels were just perfect, it’s a very cute and tidy place where you can sit and peacefully eat. Love the vibes!

After coming to Boston this is the best American breakfast I had. The staff is very friendly and polite. When it comes to food. I absolutely love it.

Hi! I'm a student, recently moved to Boston, and I just tried the Brattle Square Smoked Salmon. Let me tell you, it's one of the best I've had in a long time. It was perfectly toasted, and all the ingredients were added in just the right proportions. Truly, it's the best! Highly recommended.

terrible soggy waffles and somehow the tinfoil wrapping was inside out? the espresso was just drip coffee, and it was way too much money for that bad food and freaky eggs

holy heckin’ food poisoning…I see why all their breakfast sandwiches are on sale! Within 30 minutes of eating almost half of what looked like a stoners dream of a waffle breakfast sandwich I wished I was dead. I don’t know if it was the “out of the drawer” bacon or the gray-ish eggs but both me and my boyfriend got violently ill. I won’t be risking it again, but hopefully y’all throw away whatever rotten stuff is in the kitchen before the next victim is claimed! Not to mention the price for this torture was absurd.
