The barista is extremely rude. Don’t come here. Absolutely preposterous.

Espresso was nice, but don't expect to get a smile or water with your espresso (containers are empty)

This café has a really nice atmosphere with a modern artsy feel. The service is great; the staff will check in once I a while at your table to make sure you are satisfied.

It also makes for an excellent workspace, especially if you work remotely and want to work outside of your house.

My one critique is that they play their music really loud, which can sometimes make it hard to concentrate and hear conversations over the phone.

I’ve had the worst experience at cafe Nero a few minutes ago. Normally I would go to this cafe to study and there hasn’t been any issues.
After a long stressful morning at school, I decided to grab some Dunkin' and needed a spot to sit down and relax a little. So I stopped at cafe Nero. Not even 5 minutes later I got asked very rudely to leave because I brought in stuff from Dunkin’. This didn’t bother me much, but I still thought it was odd. Like I said I’ve been there before and always had drinks from other places with me. Not once have I been asked to leave.
The guy who asked me to get out was extremely loud and rude. He even had the audacity to say to me across the room “our coffee is better anyway” as if I cared. I’m not even a coffee drinker. Others were staring at me. It’s almost as if he was trying to embarrass me in the shop.As someone who works in customer service, he could’ve asked in a much nicer way.
After thinking about it, I came to the conclusion that this was racially motivated, considering I was the only black person in there at the time. So yeah, don’t go to cafe Nero if you’re black.

I ordered 4 cups of Latte to pick up (5min before I arrived), then I saw my 4 latte taken out from the microwave (and they are still not hot…). The lady did no explanation and pretended nothing happened… I just hope my coffee is not yesterday-fresh or last-week-fresh.

I spent my hard-earned money on coffee and chocolate at this Caffe Nero, used my laptop for a while, and expected to be treated with basic decency. On December 23, 2023, at 6:52 pm, I asked to use the restroom, only to be told it was already closed because the staff wanted to go home. The coffee shop officially closes at 7:00 pm, so there was no valid reason for denying me access to a basic facility while I was still a paying customer.

To the management: if you don’t believe me, check your CCTV camera. This happened on December 23, 2023, at 6:52 pm, and they refused to let me use the restroom even though I urgently needed to pee. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and if staff can’t uphold their responsibilities until closing time, they shouldn’t advertise those hours.

Definitely not the kind of service I’d expect or recommend. 1/5 Stars.

This manager, a white male with a piercing, demonstrates clear signs of subtle racial bias. His dismissive and arrogant attitude toward minority ethnic groups is in stark contrast to the overly deferential manner he exhibits toward other white males. I urge you to investigate this matter seriously.

Standard coffee chain; nothing spectacular. I got a flat white. It was acceptable, although the beans were roasted to death (like Starbucks and probably every major chain out there). Service was slightly slow because only one person was taking the orders and making the drinks.

A chain coffee shop located near the Central Station on the Red Line. It has a variety of food options and good coffee (this time I ordered a cup of hot brewed coffee. The coffee was slightly bitter but not bad) and the price is good. It's a good place to order a cup of coffee and dessert or grab a sandwich to spend the afternoon.

Stopped by Café Nero for a quick bite and to get some work done, but was pretty disappointed. While the food and matcha were fine, they had the restroom closed, which made the whole experience inconvenient. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to stay for a while and get some work done but can’t even use basic facilities. Definitely something they need to improve on.

As buying customers we had to wait in a long queue to use the toilet while staff kept a second toilet locked for themselves. Which was not being used by their staff not very customer friendly.

Restroom still “out of order” after we purchased coffee and cakes. Why not just close for business right now?

The best study space! I love it there! ???? They saved my life! No kidding, they allow me to stay there as long as I wish, so I can go there to study on holidays. I go nowhere else but there.
