I've given this place many chances and it always disappoints. It is always either understaffed or staffed with rude baristas. This last time I waited in line for fifteen minutes without being able to order what would have been a simple Americano. It is a nice place to work but trying to order is just a waste of time.

Tables are sticky and place is dark. My matcha was essentially just iced oat milk even after I asked for a replacement/different way to prepare it (not worth $6-7). The employees tried to work with me on this, but I think the quality of the food is very low and absolutely does not reflect the cost.

Basic coffee shop with standard fare. I was not busy and I walked up to the cashier to ask a quick question and she snapped at me that I need to get in line to order. I ordered a breakfast roll and the top of the bun was so hard I did not eat it. The rest of it was tasty. There is only street parking.

This might be the most disappointing Nero I’ve visited. My first experience was at the Copley location, which left a great impression—especially with the freshness and quality of their food. Unfortunately, this branch falls short.
There was a male staff seemed indifferent and unwelcoming, and the BLT sandwich I ordered felt hastily thrown together. The lettuce was wilted and not fresh, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, they appeared to lack patience when interacting with non-native English speakers, which made the experience even less enjoyable.
On top of that, the space itself isn’t very accommodating for those who plan to stay longer and work, as there are very few power outlets available. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re looking for quality food or a comfortable spot to get work done.
