The owner greeted us at the door. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a beer while waiting for our pizza. The owner was friendly and chatted with us a bit.

god that pizza is so damn tasty, the lighting is so great and so much wine to choose from. prefect a date night, it's fancy but it's chill if that makes sense ... really a come as you are place but you'll feel cooler than you actually are lol

They do things the right way here. Delicious, authentic, healthy Lebanese food right on Mass Ave. My family and I have been going to Cafe Barada for over 15 years (used to be in Arlington but only the real ones know that), and have never had a bad meal once. After all these years, the owner still recognizes me and my family.

Delicious pizza but waaaaay pricey if you want to walk out full. Giving it a 4 because the pizza is amazingly yummy every time and you can get a picture of a good beer (ie Jack's Abby). The arugula salad w bresaola is also something you have to order.

Massive crowds, one poor overworked server, huge wait, overpriced but decent pizza. Short beer list. Thumbs down.

We came out to Cambridge, 1 for lunch because they had a Yaymaker Paint Nite scheduled on a certain specific day, and we liked the picture that would be painted. Cambridge, 1 advertises on their website that they do not take reservations. When we got there, I understood why - Cambridge, 1 isn't a large space. However, being a rather good sized party, we couldn't risk just walking in and seeing how things went. Fortunately, they'll work with large groups, and it turns out, we ended up being the bulk of the Paint Nite clientele that day. We pre-ordered for the group a selection of salads and pizza pies - approximately one pie for every two people, and a few salad for some roughage - and we ate it all. The grilled chicken, romaine, croutons, balsamic vinaigrette $13 was completely covered with slices of actual chicken breast meat (yes, white). The vine ripe tomato, mozzarella, cucumber, red onion, crouton, balsamic $11 was rough diced, and my personal preference of the two. The pies came out two at a time, piping hot from the oven, cut into 8 squares. The crust was thin, tender for the most part, but more crisp at times. We ended up trying nearly half the menu: 2 italian sausage, ricotta, tomato, roasted onion 13/24 4 wild mushroom, garlic confit, herbed ricotta 16/30 5 potato, fontina, parmigiano, romano, rosemary, garlic 12/22 11 spinach, artichoke hearts, chèvre, slow roasted tomatoes 13/24 12 grilled steak, slow roasted tomatoes, gorgonzola, arugula 14/26 The steak came out first, but was sadly a little tough. My surprise favorite was the sausage, since I tend to favor vegetable/chicken on my pizzas. Next was a tie between the mushroom and the potato. Last place, the steak. Service was pleasant. The casual atmosphere perfect for our needs.

Cozy spot for no-nonsense pizza, pasta, and drinks. Try to get a seat at the back of the restaurant. The view framed by the big window is beautiful!

Good food. Can order two different toppings on the same base.

I have never left a Yelp review and as someone who goes out to eat often have experienced my fair share of poor service. All of those experiences pale in comparison to my experience at Cambridge, 1. My wife and I arrived and were unsure if anyone was working and so seated ourselves. The restaurant was relatively empty and after about five minutes someone came to take our drink order. One of the beers was not poured all the way up, which is relatively minor but is simply one aspect of the terrible service we received. After about another ten minutes the waitress had walked by several times and we had to ask to place an order. When our pizza came, a cook from the kitchen walked out and plopped it down without saying a word or asking us if we needed anything else. The waitress was nowhere to be found. After another five minutes she came back but was on her phone and then gone again before we could ask if we could have a side of ranch dressing, which they did not have. The pizza was overpriced and underwhelming as it was just crust, cheese, a topping, and very little sauce. We again had to wait another10 minutes for the waitress to come back with our bill. We also witnessed another table have to get up and ask to pay there bill because no one had come over to close them out. When I asked for a box for leftovers she grabbed the plate of pizza and put it in the box upside down. I think that all in all, staff said maybe six words to us in a half an hour. We will not be going back and will recommend others do not go as well.

Great thin crust pizza! They cook in a charcoal oven. I am a huge fan of potato pizza and my second favorite is fresh lobster pizza.
