Great space to work out of! All the amenities you need including free WiFi, plugs, refreshments from the coffee shop. Friendly bank reps who are completely non-obtrusive and quite helpful.

Great drinks and fast service Only complaint is that they always got the ordered size wrong (small instead of large). The picking up area/countertop is also confusing. Always packed with people waiting for their drinks and confusion along with it. I will be back for the good drinks. Hopefully the right order next time.

Didn't eat here but it's not a fully functional bank, and therefore it's a shitty one. We couldn't get money order's or cashier's checks when we went in person because everything there is digital. We would've had to order them ahead of time, which wasn't possible because this was for an apartment with an extremely tight timeline. What is the point of a bank with that much overhead when everything is digital anyways??? The guy talking to us was very nice, it's not his fault but its extremely frustrating

Pros: I would come very often to get their delicious iced matcha lattes (sweetened), which are super delicious. If you have a CapitalOne card, you get 50% off drinks, so it was a very inexpensive and tasty treat whenever I passed by. I also often come by to use the ATM and the staff are always very welcoming and eager to help. Cons: The way they make their matcha lattes involves some shaking and thus aeration, so unfortunately the 50% off cost is accompanied by 50% off liquid. The two pictures are of my drink right after ordering, and then after I put it aside for 22 minutes (without taking a sip). Sad

Like other Capital One Cafes in the region, this outlet feels like a former bank branch that's been converted into public café space. There are still Capital One reps here who are ready to discuss financial matters with you, but there's little, if any, sell. The action centers around the Peet's Coffee stand inside, with folks spreading out at a variety of seating options, whether windowside counters, communal tables, or booth-like areas. An excellent study or remote-work alternative for those who find ultra-quiet libraries a bit stifling and prefer some background noise and activity instead.

This is a review based on coming to the location in person for the first time. The food and drinks here seem to be supplied by Peet's, which I rarely frequent. But you can take that into consideration as either a plus, a minus, or neither. To me it is the latter, I suppose.I wasn't familiar with the menu and was having trouble reading it, but the sole person behind the register was able to assist me. I ended up ordering a large cold brew iced coffee, a butter croissant and an almond croissant. If you use a Capital One card in store, you get 50% off all drink orders. Due to this perk, I ended up paying less than $10 subtotal and with tax, which was convenient. There's ample and comfortable seating in a fairly large space. It was chilly outside but not cold and I felt that the heat was excessive for my personal tastes. I probably ended up leaving a bit earlier than I otherwise would based on that. But that's based on personal preferences more than anything. They have Wi-Fi available for all customers free of charge and without a password. It worked like a charm the entire time I was there. Perhaps the best and most convenient Wi-Fi I can recall using in Harvard Square. The food and drink options are decent but not all that great, in my opinion. Better drink and pastry options than actual food. The condiments/sweeteners section they have didn't have Equal/aspartame which was disappointing to me. I ended up using Splenda and some white and brown sugar packets instead, and it was a decent substitute. This is a 4-star review where I'm basically giving them 3 stars for the food and drink options and quality, plus an extra star for the discount, the affordable price (especially for Capital One customers) and the ample seating options. Would recommend for someone looking for a comfortable cafe in Harvard Square, especially if they have a Capital One card.

Note to all vegan and non-dairy people: get a CapitalOne card to have some of the best soy milk foaming in the northeast! Cappuccino is my go-to. $2.50 using my card :)I wish this place had more and better seating, and that I didn't feel watched.

I love the capital one cafe especially during the summer. They are offering $1 handcrafted beverages from Friday to Sunday all of July and August if you are capital one card holder.

Way better service, way better bathrooms, and way better coffee than the competition around the corner. Peet's capital one at Harvard Recommended!

This Capital One cafe is awesome and is hands down the most peaceful cafe I've been to! It's conveniently located in a great part of Harvard Square and it offers a variety of solid tasting pastries, food, and drinks. There are also bathrooms that are available for use! The staff here are really friendly and chill!
