Caterstaff was the perfect choice for helping us with our home party. Karen was full of helpful suggestions. The accommodators were extremely professional, hard working and helpful. They were considerate of our home and of our needs. We felt relaxed and were able to fully enjoy our event. We were busy when the food was delivered and before I knew it, they had it all in platters and bowls beautifully presented for the buffet. They took the initiative to organize everything inside when the weather quickly cooled down and people came in to eat. It was seamless and guests complimented me on how pleasant the accommodators were. The kitchen was spotless when they left. They even separated the trash and recycling. Thank you, Rick and Karen, for making our party such a huge success!

I hired Caterstaff for my wedding and loved working with them. I used them in all capacities, event manager, event chef, bartenders and waitstaff and was pleased with them all. The whole staff has a very can-do attitude, even for things like moving chairs after the wedding ceremony for the reception. Throughout the entire evening they all worked so hard, and never once stopped smiling. Karen was a delight throughout the planning process, she has years of experience but is never pushy. She also went above and beyond, when there were things that I needed but are not part of what Caterstaff normally does, she found a way to get it done. Cater staff is also very transparent with their pricing, which when you have no experience with hosting an event is very helpful. At the end of the night I heard from many guests how wonderful and attentive the staff was, and I have since referred Caterstaff to two other friends of mine that are getting married.

My wife and I had a very unpleasant experience with CATERSTAFF of BOSTON. We attended a wedding that they catered this past summer; one of their servers, a young woman of obviously little serving experience, who had been warned by several guests that she was handling her serving tray precariously, spilled her teetering platter of greasy meatballs on our shoes and clothes coating them beyond repair. The owner of the company, Mr. Rick Broughton, after considerable delay, made the arbitrary determination that he would cover only a small part of the expense that it cost to replace the damaged clothes. A bad attitude, a poor policy, a dismissive manner, a lack of ethics.
