The restaurant's decor is clearly well-thought-out, and the overall design is quite tasteful. However, upon entering, I found the lighting to be a bit dim, which created a somewhat gloomy atmosphere that I didn't particularly enjoy. The dishes were rather average, without much to stand out. On the bright side, the service was decent, and the staff were friendly. Overall, the experience was just okay.

Over charged $35 by over-counting 6 soups, well, that's OK, people make mistakes, but when refund, they silently kept the 18% tips on the overcharged portion, well, that has to be greedy. Also the 18% tip is mandatory for a group of 6?

Always solid food at Changsho. It's been there for so many years. The only rough thing is parking.You have to really find a place and then you'll be okay. Eddie the owner is very nice. I would suggest the crab rangoon.
