Go for the double lobster roll, best deal around. Drafts are kinda high, everything else reasonable.

Stopped in for a quick drink before a show, I didn't get anything else and this spot is set up like a classic diner with a full bar. The food that passed by looked good and I was told to come back when I had more time. Maybe there will be a follow up trip in the future.

Karaoke Tuesdays are fabulous! The upstairs bar is a hidden gem! Food is amazing! We came from out of town and this is truly an amazing find. The burgers are outstanding and the karaoke DJ is so personable

I went here for trivia night and it was a nice spot. Not super huge but roomy enough to have about seventeen teams. The food was a good price and tasted good but I wasn't a fan of the service. The bartender took literally everyone's food order and then was working at the bar. We didnt get our check until two hours later after trivia was over and that's only because we waved her down from the bar.

My husband and I came here after some shopping and wanted a low key dinner before heading home. We wanted burgers and this place came recommended by a friend. Really good quality for the price and cool atmosphere. They even had nonalcoholic beer options for my husband who is in a training cycle so he was really happy about that. Quick, no frills, hit the spot, would definitely go back if in the area.
Server had a terrible attitude. Didn’t bother to say hi nor thank you. Oysters straight up smell like sewage water. Decided to try it a try anyways and it was way saltier than it should be to mask the fishiness.

A Quick Burger Charlies is one of the few remaining remnants of the old Harvard Square. Leavitt and Pierce Tobacconists, the Brattle Theatre, and the Coop are some of the other few remaining landmark businesses in the Square. The hamburgers are simple, good, and cheap. There's live music upstairs on the weekends. What more do you want? Harvard Square is not Harvard Square without Charlies. Thanks

We had 63 people at Charlie's this past Saturday night and the food and staff could not have been better ! Hats off to Jaap and his team for handling this youth hockey group efficiently and with a smile on every face. We will be back !
