I appreciate they're open late. BUT we had a TERRIBLE experience. Got to our hotel after a delayed flight at 11 pm Sunday night. Ordered from Cambridge pizza bc they're the only ones open late and we don't know the area. Tried to order online, but the online menu doesn't match the paper menu, so we called. The woman took our order, then when processing our payment, put us on hold to help OTHER customers for 20 minutes (no kidding). Aren't we customers too??? Finally paid, then my husband went to the lobby to pick up the delivery. It took over an hour and a half, even though she said 30 to 40 minutes, so now it's after 1:30 am. What was delivered had the wrong receipt and wrong room number, so the concierge initially couldn't find it. We had to risk opening someone else's order to verify that it was in fact ours. Once we finally got to eat, we had been given bone in wings (we ordered boneless), no marinara dipping sauce which we had paid extra for, and the ranch containers had been melted and spilled all over the bag. Bad service and bad delivery.

When in this area in Boston its great late night drunk pizza. Its floppy, greasy and hits the spot at 2am. If you ate this at 2pm sober it'd be a different story.

Delivery service is trash. Took hours to get my pizza delivered. Got here colder than the coldest ice on Mars. In Cambridge. Don't bother. Horrendously undercooked.

I've ordered delivery a few times from Cambridge Pizza, and while some have been good food delivered in a reasonable time, it's been very hit and miss. Today was a miss bad enough I think I'm going to stop ordering, despite my limited other options open that late.
The wait time, while long, wasn't really an issue for me. What was an issue was that my food arrived in very poor condition. The wrap, which is made with sauce and wet ingredients, had been sliced in half through the foil wrapper, then wrapped up, so the entire tortilla was soggy and covered in oil and some filling, and there were pieces of foil inside the two halves of the wrap that I had to pick out. My Cheesy Garlic bread, meanwhile, had not spent enough time in the oven; the cheese had only partially melted, and the bread was still very underbaked - soft, squishy, and doughy.
Another problem for me is that there is no way to contact them via text. Contact Us just lists their address, and while they have a phone number, that's just for ordering, and I see no point in calling to complain to the person who didn't care enough to make the food properly in the first place.

Ordered a hamburger, mushroom, garlic pizza. Didn’t seem like there were enough toppings for the $3 per topping price. One of the workers yelled at us for having the clumpy Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes we had on the table. Understandable for people who orders to go, but not the way to go about it. Quite hot in the restaurant. AC was on, but no cold air blowing. Felt cooler outside in the 85° weather.
Suggest to get the AC going so the cooks don’t drip their sweat on my pizza.
