Went in to pick up my order. I ordered a bowl with 2 tortillas. One I paid for another I had a reward for a free tortilla. When I checked my bag I was missing one tortilla. I went back in and asked one lady that has a Spanish accent. I tried to explain to her Im missing one tortilla but she kept talking over me and did not give me a chance to explain to her what I was trying to say. She was rude and gave me an attitude. She accused me of trying to get a free tortilla that cost 50 cents.

I hated everything about this place. The food was disgusting and made me sick. The staff was rude and made me feel unwelcome. The place was dirty and unhygienic. Chipotle should just shutdown this location.

If you are in central square and want to have lunch do yourself a favor and walk down the street to any of the restaurants in the area.

I got food poisoning after eating here. Do yourself a favor and don't eat here. The owner hires the cheapest labor they can find so the place is an unhygienic mess with rude staff members. There are plenty of places in Central Square which are cheaper an have better service.

The burrito/taco shop located near the Central Station on the Boston Metro Red Line. In addition to burritos and tacos, you can also choose salad bowls with rice and beans. The portions are generous.

Cambridge’s worst burrito. How does this place stay in business with so many good Mexican restaurants in town?

Delivery is a scam. I ordered a burrito from chipotle.com, paid chipotle money, and chipotle said they'd deliver it. They said someone picked up the burrito before the person who was supposed to delivery it picked it up. They said to talk to support.

Chipotle contracted out their delivery service to DoorDash, but they are still responsible for delivering it. You can't just pawn the customer off on a service that YOU HIRED to do the job.

Anyway, my poor delivery driver - who Chipotle hired to deliver my burrito - could not convince the people at Chipotle to remake the burrito so I could receive it. I got on the phone with their stupid manager and explained that I don't have a DoorDash account and I don't care if Chipotle wants me to waste time talking to them - Chipotle has my money and I don't have the food I paid them for it. Is this even legal? Consumer protection laws say you should get a refund if you get stiffed - the business doesn't get to tell you to beg someone else for YOUR MONEY.

I don't care if the rude, stupid manager "isn't allowed" to remake the food that they gave away to some stranger. It's their delivery service - it's their fault if they lose the food. It's a scam. They're pretending that their responsibility ends as soon as they make the food, but it doesn't. And hey, the manager's just a working stiff, whatever - sorry Chipotle made you the only customer service that matters, dude. Tell corporate if you don't like it.

Chipotle took my money, stiffed me on the food, and then told me it wasn't their problem. Too bad I don't have a huge social media following - that seems to be the only way to get customer service anymore.

Restaurant is routinely dirty. Tables rarely get wiped down, and floors rarely swept. Trash routinely overflowing. Management needs to ensure things get cleaned multiple times a day, not just at closing time. It's not due to it being busy because the last two times I went in, the restaurant had almost no one there and plenty of staff. If the lobby is this unkempt, it makes you worry about the kitchen.

They shout a lot inside, they disturb the customers a lot, they do not work unnecessarily and these are not all of them, only certain people.

Chipotle never fails me, love the menu so much. I always order the chicken burrito, and it is worth the bucks u spend. To make it more delicious, I recommend u to add guacamole.
I spent $12.84 (and the cashier didn't ask for tip), and ofc the portion was so big.
My friend spent $16.96 for smoked brisket burrito.
I believe this is an affordable meal since I couldn't find cheaper Mexican food around Boston.

This employee should be taking clases of customer service if she works in a customer services environment. No one deserves to be treated the way she treats customers, she is rude, unprofessional, unkind, have no modals. She was very rude to my husband, my 5 years old and my 15 years old son. If she doesn’t want to work there then she shouldn’t be working there. She should be grateful that she has a job; she should be ashamed as herself. We as a public/ customers should be more valued by the employer, having this type of employees representing your business shouldn't be allowed. Im not sure what is Chipotle’s phone policy while on the clock but this person was also on the phone.
I asked for her name like any other work places employees have a name tag , she said she would not give me her name that it was personal. Thats is the reason she do whatever she wants and treat everyone like we (the customer)are not the ones that give her the opportunity to have a job. Spoke to the manager Juan Robles( which at this point I do think even know if thats his real name) which also said he could not provide her name, he just said sorry about that.
I don’t understand how is possible a receipt show a name of an employee that is not even helping you. Mine ha Kendra as a name which then I learned by the manager that it was the name of the Apprentice( Kendra Camacho). The general managers name is Livan Robles, coincidentally the last name is the other managers name.
Note: I will be reporting this store to the BB as they should take any type of reprimand, coaching, even though I think that’s the way she was raised.
