The staff were rude and unprofessional. Most of them did not restock items, gave me a bad attitude, and were loudly yelling inside the store. This behavior is unacceptable. In particular, the service girl who took my order and the older gentleman should not be working in customer service.and the guy who working on grill doesn’t use gloves when he cooking he touches his face and never wash his hands

I try to never leave negative reviews, but this location is always a problem. Today the cashier walked away right before I went up to pay.
After a few minutes of nobody addressing this I tried to get people's attention and was completely ignored.
I tried to flag down an employee who was clearly off the clock which he stated but he did try to get someone to help me.
No one did.
I hadbto leave because my bus was pulling away so I just left my food on the counter. From the bus I could see minutes later that no one had come to take of the customers behind me.
Either fix this location or close it.

Terrible service. Extremely rude staff. Got yelled at for trying to use a coupon. The team member yelled multiple times “we don’t do that here” while I was trying to scan the coupon. Seems like they were trying to scam you for no reason. Don’t come here. Something shady is happening at this location.

Staff was super rude. They ran out of carnitas and barbacoa and said they would give extra of something else, and then charged me for it. I brought it up and the person who does refunds just started yelling in a different language to staff and didnt even acknowledge me during the refund. Garbage customer service.

The employees here are rude, lazy, and do not reciprocate any form of kindness. When an ingredient is out, they don’t care to get any more. If there’s barely anything left, they’ll scrape the bottom of the pan to try to act like it’s a portion. Half the time the chicken isn’t even prepared properly and you’re spitting out pieces that you cannot chew. I’m so sick of this place. Been multiple times but today was the last straw, never again.
