Good customer service but the food is not fresh. I even asked to try the Guacamole before asking for it and I was denied, go it and it for sure tasted bad. Maybe they keep the food for too long?

Every time we order on the app, the order is wrong. Either items are missing or you don't get quite what you ordered. Chipotle's systems are not fool proof enough for the incompetence. If you go there and watch them make your food, it's fine.

terrible service! The employees left me waiting outside for 20 minutes! It was supposed to open at 10:45 and they made me wait until 11:10am! After entering the store I was poorly served and disrespected

Was yelled at after ordering on door dash pick up for myself the The lady was completely unhinged I said my order was not ready by screaming at me not ready! Someone else came to the front after I waited 5 minutes and asked me what I was waiting on the lady just screamed he's not ready I then told him my name and explained was waiting on an order and it was a doordash pickup for myself!!!!!! She said someone already picked it up I said that's impossible because it's for me I get points your using DoorDash and deals so if that gentleman did not come to the front and talk to me who knows how long it would have waited she just dismissed me completely poor attitude and was so rude I was very embarrassed will never return to this location

Worst Chipotle ever. They really skim on the portions. There was no carnitas in my bowl at all.

Just wanted to add here, I went there again and faced the same thing. I ordered Carnitas bowl and there was almost no carnitas in the bowl.

You might be thinking why I might be posting a half eaten bowl? Nope that's what they gave me.
When we think of Chipotle, we think of comfort, and quantity.
Unfortunately today, the quantity given to me was less. So less that I had to eat something after the bowl and that is an exception. The quantity was so low that even for an extra scoop of beans and extra lettuce this is what I got.

Rude staff completely ignored us while waiting to order beverages after we had a to go order. After being called out for her rudeness by her own staff, the employee doubled down and continued to take other people instead of us. Unacceptable.
