You might be thinking why I might be posting a half eaten bowl? Nope that's what they gave me.
When we think of Chipotle, we think of comfort, and quantity.
Unfortunately today, the quantity given to me was less. So less that I had to eat something after the bowl and that is an exception. The quantity was so low that even for an extra scoop of beans and extra lettuce this is what I got.

Rude staff completely ignored us while waiting to order beverages after we had a to go order. After being called out for her rudeness by her own staff, the employee doubled down and continued to take other people instead of us. Unacceptable.

This is the worst chipotle experience I’ve had. I was trying to order a chicken quesadilla, and the woman working kept repeating bowl over and over again. Ultimately, this is how the order ended up. Two tortillas, nothing I asked for was included. Bizarre experience. To top it off, the credit card machine wasn’t working.

Hated the place after finding huge pork chunks in queso. Rampant cross contamination. Avoid for vegetarians.

Came for dinner and there was no line and about 4+ workers from what I could see. The woman scooping gave me the smallest portions I’ve ever received in my 25 years of being a chipotle customer, and then walked away from the register before ringing me up. I was ignored for another few mins before someone came back to check me out. It’s been like this for months but I always come because it’s the closest location. Not anymore, this was my last straw. I would say I received a 1/4 of a normal portion and was treated like an inconvenience for providing my business. The workers are beyond rude and the food and portions are awful.

We ordered 2 bowls with double chicken. We got home only to discover not a morsel of chicken in either bowl. Employees probably stopped making chicken (at 8pm) so maybe they had run out? I wish they would have given us a choice of a different protein rather than just send my husband on his way without any protein in either bowl. Disappointing. I don't think I'll ever come here again.. not at least without physically checking my meal before I leave.
