Came on a Friday evening around 9pm and it was empty. There are benches for seating, but we ended up getting our ice cream to-go. Apparently there's a limit of two samples per person, which could be more clearly noted.I got a medium cup with scoops of the Guatemalan Coffee and Masala Chai. The texture could be creamier, but the flavors were what I hoped for.

Located in Inman Square and open until 10:30 PM, Christina's Homemade Ice Cream is a great treat to end (or kick off?) the night. The first time I tried this place was over the summer. I don't remember what I ordered that time, but it left a good enough impression for me to come back a second time.It was empty at 8:30 PM on a Friday, and a lot of the flavors were still available. There is a unique variety that rotates frequently, so I love that you are able to sample as many as piques your interest (thank you to the friendly worker who patiently handed me spoon after spoon). I ultimately decided on the Mexican chocolate and cocovado ($6.96/two scoops). Both were viscous and light but true to their names. The Mexican chocolate had a rustic flavor with a subtle cinnamon, spicy kick. The cocovado was more coconut than avocado, but I could make out the avocado if I really concentrated. I wanted a dessert that wasn't too sweet, so this hit the spot.

I've always wanted to try Christina's, but somehow I waited for a random winter day to stop by. They have a ton of flavors, including some really inventive ones. We got a large to try 3 flavors (Kulfi, Cinnamon, and Oreo). It was a bit odd that they served it in a regular styrofoam bowl, but the portion was definitely big. I really liked the Kulfi, which is similar to what they have at Toscanini's. The Cinnanom was a bit on the melty side and tasted a bit like applesauce, while the Oreo was very standard. Even on a cold winter night, the place was pretty busy. It smells really good in there from the spice shop next door. I would certainly come back to try some more flavors.

I went to Christina's Homemade Ice Cream with my friends and we loved it! The ice cream was creamy, smooth and delicious. They have a lot of different flavors to choose from. The carrot cake flavor is amazing. One of the best ice creams I had in Boston for sure. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a sweet treat.

My friends and I wanted to get ice cream and this was one of the only places open later, until 10-10:30. As soon as we walked in, there was an overpowering smell of BO…not what you want to smell in an ice cream shop. The two men working the counter were nice enough and patient while we decided what we wanted. I got black raspberry chip with chocolate sprinkles and the ice cream didn’t have much flavor. Not an awful place, but probably wouldn’t come back again.

Fun selection of flavors but the sorbets were pretty bland and they had no vegan ice

Good icecream but flavors were a little bit weak and not dense enough

Eh. Frankly, the Oreo ice cream was nothing special. Taste was same as the one you buy at the grocery store. Unable to recommend

Loved the rum raisin ice cream, but was a little underwhelmed by the other flavors. It's not bad, just feels a little worn out as a whole.
