The best fish and chips and lobster salad roll! Fish was very light on the batter and flaked perfectly. Lobster had the right crunch to it and was flavored very well with mayo and dills. Great chowder too! Very pleasant and friendly family who run the place.

Unfortunately I ordered a lobster roll for take out. It was $30.00. It was the smallest lobster roll I've ever seen in my life. The roll was maybe 4 inches long. I picked it up to eat it and the small amount of lobster fell out. They made it look like it was full but underneath was a large lettuce leaf. Also had a tomato slice. I've never seen a lobster roll with a sliced tomato. Most times when I order at other places I don't finish it all. Well I ate this one in about 5 minutes. I really feel like I threw $30.00 away and that hurt. Later in the evening I had to take pepto bismol. Never again and I will advise not to order a lobster roll. Big mistake.
Small seafood joint with quick friendly service. Food is fresh and the place is clean. Reasonable prices for a good amount of food. I’ll be back for sure.

VERY welcoming, kind, and attentive staff. The food was great! We got the clam chowder, stuffed clam, and crab cake. If you're from out-of-town looking for a place to try New England cuisine, I highly suggest this place. The parking wasn't too hard to find, either, and the atmosphere is very calm and nice.

Gem find. Everything was fantastic! Light batter on fried seafood, able to taste what you're eating instead of just heavy coating like other places.

First time diners. My brother and I went specifically for fried smelts.
Light airy batter with proper balance of seasoning without any oily residue typically found with fried foods. Not sure how they are able to do what eludes so many other seafood restaurants but we were so delighted that we sampled sardines, full bodied clams, house dipped onion rings and whole crabs. Probably could have sampled much more which we will absolutely do when we return for another round of deliciousness. Simply outstanding!
As an added benefit one of the onsite owners (Diane sp?) who prepared and cooked all that was being offered along with a lovely cashier/hostess whose name I can’t remember, made us feel welcomed like we were regular neighborhood patrons.
They also have a pretty impressive compact collection of fresh frozen fish (including baccala or salted cod, real old world stuff!), prepared foods, cheeses and even dessert items. We purchased the cod with its preserved salt mostly removed perfect for making a traditional Sicilian stew.
Neighborhood no frills gem worth visiting and revisiting.

A fantastic place with a wonderful vibe – it feels truly homey and welcoming. Inside, it smells amazing – that kind of comforting, home-style cooking aroma, exactly what you'd hope for in a spot like this. And the food? Simple but absolutely delicious – sometimes less really is more. The lobster roll and the fried salmon were both excellent – high-quality ingredients with no unnecessary frills. A great experience that I’ll remember for a long time. The staff was also lovely. The only downside is that there’s no restroom, which is a bit inconvenient. Other than that – highly recommended!

Nasty fries tasted like it came from frozen and was cooked yesterday. The lobster meat was slightly bitter and was far from being fresh. The mayo did nothing to add to the taste and was unable to hide the poor quality. A shame for a supposed seafood restaurant. I threw away thirty dollars.
