One word, awesome!!! Best steak and cheese I've ever had!!! I wondered why this place was still in business because it's in the middle of nowhere, and parking is nearly impossible but we parked in the laundry lot, (even though it says not to.) If you don't know the streets of Cambridge it's tricky without GPS but if you're in the area, don't pass this cheese steak up!!!!! The guy taking orders and cooking was cool as shit too! Pretty sure he was Dimi. I told him how great his food was and told him he needs another location on the south shore. I can't show a pic because it was so fuckin good that it was gone in no time. I literally could've had another! This might seem unimportant to people but the bathroom was as clean as my own (maybe even cleaner). I'm a chef myself and know that a clean bathroom means the rest of the place is clean too. (Keep that I'm mind when you go to your favorite restaurant, use the bathroom that smells like piss and sometimes has a brown, finless Trout in the toilet, think twice about ordering the food unless you really don't care!

Okay, wow.. I don't know what happened here, probably new management? But the pizza is not as good as it used to be, and the falafel I ordered tasted like GASOLINE (how many times had those disc's been re-fried?? or maybe they don't change their oil much?), I truly couldn't choke them down. Really disappointing :/

A nice spot for a casual dinner or lunch! I came here with my brother tonight and I was happy with my cheese pizza. He had one of the Greek plates and it wasn't as good. The hummus was all garlic and was hard to even eat. Other than that it was good!

I was craving for Mediterranean food and I stumbled upon this place during my break at work. I didn't want anything crazy, just good food that I could eat and enjoy. I ordered a gyro plate with a salad and a side of fries and I can say with 100% certainty that the plate was delicious and fresh. I could tell they were a hardworking staff and it showed. I really liked the openness of the kitchen and the cleanliness of Dimi's. I love places like this. It was simple, sleek, and the decor was a pleasure to look at. The gentleman who took my order was kind. They also offer pizza and some sweets like baklava and cookies that looked tasty. I will for sure be returning and getting the falafel and shawarma next time.

So to start off let me preface that I'm a returning customer and I've been going here for a bit over a year now (because it's well worth it). This isn't a fancy place it's just a hidden gem to get really good food for lunch for a pretty good price. Looking from the outside you would never expect to find the food you do in here. The Mediterranean here is everything, they have pizza and all that but trust me the Mediterranean is what you come for. It can take a few minutes to come out but everything here seems to be made to order with really quality ingredients. And you can see the grill and kitchen so you can actually watch them cook it if so inclined. So far I've tried the falafel and chicken shawarma plate that comes with potatoes (which are incredible as are the sauces). Both fantastic! Overall it's not some culinary tastebud masterpiece, but it's probably some of the best food at a café you've ever had. Its really quality stuff and totally delicious. Five stars

Came here for dinner with my friend the other night and was so so pleased with both the food and the service!! The staff is very kind and passionate about what they do. For dinner, we shared the mozzarella sticks, which were some of the best i've ever had, and i LOVE mozzarella sticks! for dinner i had the chicken shawarma plate with rice, potatoes and salad. it was a good sized portion, but still a member of the clean plate club because it's THAT good! my friend had the chicken and broccoli pizza, which has a homemade caesar dressing as the base. tried a bit of that and it was delicious, i would come back just for the pizza! thank you so much to everyone at Dimis for one of the best meals i've had in a while and making us feel at home!!

Dimi's Place replaced beloved neighborhood favorite Dimitrio's. I'm sad to say that it is a poor replacement. The menu is similar, but everything is more expensive, and far inferior. The impetus to write this review was the olive pizza. The pizza was pretty lame -- stiff and tasteless. But the olives were the worst. Never put canned olives on a pizza. If you can't use proper black olives, just don't serve olive pizza.
