As a big fan of dumplings, we were very pleased with the offerings here. My favorite was the steamed beef and celery dumplings, but all the ones we got were delicious. Atmosphere was welcoming and nice, and I would definitely come back

This might be my favorite restaurant in cambridge. All the flavors are bold and the dishes are loaded with texture. Literally have not tried anything I didn’t enjoy! The menu can be intimidating because it’s so extensive and foreign, but it’s really fun to explore and try something new. My favorites are the cold northern style noodles always extra spicy, the cumin lamb, the chicken wings are INSANE, the pork with dried bean curd… could go on and on and on. The hospitality is always spot-on, they recognize us as regulars and can anticipate our order with remarkable accuracy! They’re not fussy or formal, and the environment is definitely one of a family restaurant. Thank you for existing, literally look forward to my Wednesday lunch at dumpling house every single week!

We walked in front of this restaurant while visiting Harvard and decided to stop by for a late lunch / early dinner, and we were glad we did. The dining area is all indoor, a relatively big room with some view of the street. Service was friendly and efficient, the staff was very gracious in letting us change our table three times, till we found the right position in terms of air conditioning, ventilation and view. Food was very good, in particular we tried various dumpling dishes and scallion pancakes, all enjoyable. The bill for the four of us was $120 plus tip.

Best dumplings I have had. The house dumpling sauce is really goooood too. I had the Korean beef, pepperoni pizza and soup dumplings. I regret not ordering more so I will be back probably tomorrow.

Not the best I've ever had (i.e., lots of dishes are a bit too oily and the soup dumplings have thick skins), but it's nice to have a place in the Harvard and Central Square areas. Waitstaff service doesn't always make you feel welcome, but if you don't mind that, it's ok!

Reservation needed? Not always, but it's not a bad idea. It gets extremely busy, especially when school is in session, and around mealtimes on the weekends.
Overall . It's astounding at how quickly they prepare food for a restaurant with this type of capacity. The food is reliable and the service is fast, efficient, and responsive. However, it's not the finest quality food and still has a bit of that "mass-produced" feel to it.
