This location always has a problem with doordash… I ordered coffee over an hour ago and it still hasn’t been made. This is not the first time this has happened.
The coffee is so much better and cheaper than Starbucks. I had the breakfast bundle twice in the trip.

Honestly worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The girl at the counter couldn’t even get a black coffee order right. When I corrected her she sassed me back saying she asked, I literally clarified with her 2 times. 🙃🙃🙃

Unfortunately I am stuck in the house I played his the simple order for chocolates and double chocolate frosted. It's the only thing my elderly father likes to eat when he goes for donuts. I ordered an additional Boston cream for myself as those are my favorite, But when the order got here they were all Boston creams, very dissatisfied with the disservice and thoughtlessness of the attendants.
Stuffed mini bagels? What are they stuffed with? There was nothing in them when I got them. Just broken mini bagels.
If you can't go and watch them like a hawk making sure your food is done correctly, don't bother ordering from here

I visited this location yesterday and was met with poor customer service. The employees were impolite, especially one lady who was particularly rude. Her behavior is contributing to the negative reviews this place receives.
I rent a house nearby, so unfortunately, I have no choice but to keep coming here. I’ll continue to update you on my daily experiences

I tried to order but the lady just kept restacking cups and not even looking at me or making eye contact. I said hello but she ignored. She was very surprised when I didn’t order online. Latte was 90% cream and almost no coffee, better go to different Dunkin’.

This is the first Dunkin I have seen in which they always forget to put one item in the order . The staff is just as careless. They are not polite , arrogant & proudy.
Just steal the food of people that’s what they do .

Placed a mobile order that didn’t go thru. When I inquired of the employee how to get a refund she said email them. When I asked who to email or where to email I was told to “figure it out, honey” at which I told the employee she didn’t have to be rude and it went downhill from there. I guess I should have read the reviews first because WOW there a a lot of single stars.

This Dunkin' always makes my day when I stop by for my morning coffee M-F. Such friendly staff and lots of really nice people come sit inside. I have never seen this location empty. The food is great and if anything is wrong they will remake it for you with no questions asked (although this has never happened to me). The online orders are ready on time and they talk to me even when I am just coming in to pick it up! Such friendly staff. Highly recommend.
