I visited this location yesterday and was met with poor customer service. The employees were impolite, especially one lady who was particularly rude. Her behavior is contributing to the negative reviews this place receives. I rent a house nearby, so unfortunately, I have no choice but to keep coming here. This is the first Dunkin I have seen in which they always forget to put one item in the order . The staff is just as careless. They are not polite , arrogant & proudy. Just steal the food of people that’s what they do .

Placed a mobile order that didn’t go thru. When I inquired of the employee how to get a refund she said email them. When I asked who to email or where to email I was told to “figure it out, honey” at which I told the employee she didn’t have to be rude and it went downhill from there. I guess I should have read the reviews first because WOW there a a lot of single stars.

This Dunkin' always makes my day when I stop by for my morning coffee M-F. Such friendly staff and lots of really nice people come sit inside. I have never seen this location empty. The food is great and if anything is wrong they will remake it for you with no questions asked (although this has never happened to me). The online orders are ready on time and they talk to me even when I am just coming in to pick it up! Such friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I live around the corner so have been coming here several times a weeks for a couple of years. Something has happened in the past few months. Not sure if it’s staffing / management changes or what. I could reliably put in an order on the app and know that it would be ready for pickup within 5-10 minutes even at peak times. That’s why this was my go-to place. Recently orders have been taking up to 30 minutes, even when there is barely anyone else in the store. I have also noticed an uptick in quality control issues: burned wraps, uncooked hash browns, and so on. I’ve started going to Starbucks or Circus instead. Both are further and more expensive, but they end up being faster because this Dunkin has become so unreliable and inefficient. Hopefully they can sort out whatever is going on.
So Dunkin' donuts store number 352979Is the best Dunkin' donuts of all time they are so sweet so welcoming the crew is amazing the store is always clean I have been going to them for about 9 years now.....And they've been with me through thick and thin whenever I'm having a bad day or the most amazing day in my life they have always been there for me and I can honestly say they are the backbone of America without this Dunkin' donuts that I go to it would be chaos they are the best people in the world....

After waiting for 5 minutes to order, I asked about the contents of a stuffed mini bagel. The employee looked bad at me and said it was cheese, in an insulting tone as if I was supposed to know. As I proceeded with the order the employee got confused she got increasingly rude. I could not sponsor her behavior, so I left and did not buy anything. What I read in the comments is consistent with my experience. Very rude employees, only one employee, a long wait time, etc.. This is a nightmare Dunkin Donuts. The next time I will see the review of any restaurant before stepping in. The reviews here would have spared me for the bad time I had today. There was only one employee at DD and this happened December 9, 2023 at 3:45 pm.
