I came to get my usual and Anna, whoever was working cash register was having difficulty understanding my order they were extremely rude i wouldn’t spend money there again because it.
Very nice Dunkin Donuts.. Some staff are amazing and have been there longer the others are catching up. Give them a break. Food is good the $6 meal deal you can't find that anywhere else. A few tables. A bathroom. No stairs so easy for wheelchairs.

My friend and his elderly mom were in there eating and the manager asked them to leave over time limit but mom is sick and has to rest before walking home. This is horrible! Also they are regular customers

Dunkin employees and managers so rude and disrespectful. Tried to solve an issue with an online order and they were dismissive and rude. You messed up - fix your mistake. Never giving them our business again.

I placed my usual in-store order today—a latte with hazelnut (unsweetened, flavor level 3) and mocha (sweet, flavor level 1). While I was waiting, I watched the server prepare the drink and noticed that he poured hot milk into the coffee without adding any of the flavors I requested. When I politely pointed this out and asked him to add the flavors, he insisted that they had already been added—even though I had clearly seen that they hadn’t been.
Despite my request, he refused to adjust the order or remake it properly. This is especially frustrating because I've noticed a consistent drop in quality ever since two new staff members were hired a couple of months ago. Every time they handle my order, it ends up incorrect or poorly made. It’s disappointing to see this lack of attention to detail and unwillingness to fix obvious mistakes.

I paid $7.68 just for a burnt croissant that was supposed to be sliced for a breakfast sandwich with bacon, but they did not have any, so I had to get sausage only.

It’s one of the worst DD I’ve ever been too The main women who takes the orders is the only one who knows what’s going on. Getting an iced coffee which is on tap means you’re at the back of the line. It seems everyone there is in training. It used to be a Starbucks but at least SB actually served your coffee.

Never had such bad experience!
Ordered few items but after 20 minutes found out that you need to show your order otherwise they won’t start to work on it. And finally, some items are missing!
If you don’t have to, avoid this one. The staff have no idea what to work on.
This place was awful almost a half hour for did that was could!
It took 15 min standing there first in line! Just to place an order, don't come here if u are in a hurry

So I'm a customer witch my food wasn't right it's not what I asked for I'm not happy about that like the two women that are making the sandwichs were getting ppls order wrong it's a mess in there I wouldn't recommend anyone that's hungry to get a samdwich from that place was horrible I didn't enjoy my food or drink

To the woman working at the register, if you’re too busy having a conversation and I’m waiting in line, you don’t get to give ME an attitude and tell me to “stay miserable” - ever since new managers or employees have been at this location it’s been TERRIBLE. Definitely won’t be back to this spot.
