Worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. I work in the area and come here every so often to just always end up being disappointed. Whether they burn my food, don’t make my drink correctly whatsoever, etc. every time I have ordered here it’s SOMETHING. And whenever you talk to the workers about problems with your order they just stare at you. It’s been like this for years they need to do better.

Absolutely wonderful staff! I had to order a large quantity of coffee and a whole bunch of other treats, and they delivered everything quickly, efficiently, and mannerly while also exuding an extremely welcoming atmosphere. I loved their service so much. I wish I had asked for their names to highlight how great they were.

Latte machine not making hot drinks. Didn’t stop them from giving me a tepid one then only telling me machine was broken after I asked for a new one. Then there’s the rodent running around - see video. Never going back!!!

The worst and most unorganized dunks. I’ve never had an order that was completed correctly and I’ve been going to this one for 2 years simply because it’s by my work place. I always ask for them to repeat or confirm my order and they’ll wave me off and say it’s correct then proceed to hand me the wrong thing. It’s especially infuriating if I am paying extra for something (cold foam) and it’s not put on my drink after asking THREE times.
Infested with mice. Beware. There is an open report at the City of Cambridge.

One of the worst managed Dunkin Donuts I have witnessed. Numerous orders completely wrong do not leave without checking your orders. Every single order I have got in the past two weeks has either had completely different items or missing items. Management doesn’t care enough to properly train and guide their employees.
