I bought a box of donuts here, and one of the munchkin has fungus in it. I returned for the apology for poor product quality control, and the staff there refuses to file this claim because he was not the person who sell it. He told me to come back tomorrow and claim to the person that I’ve purchased to. I don’t want to waste my time for this small money. Terrible quality control and even more terrible customer service.

I know it seems a little bit out of character to write a “5 star” review for a chain (I feel like everybody just comes on here review sites to complain tbh), but I had to acknowledge the young gentleman and nice woman working the counter today. Super friendly and very helpful. I wish more restaurant chains would step up their service like these people did. It doesn’t take much to just have a positive attitude, but we all have things going on in life so I don’t take it personally regardless.
Obviously the croissant stuffer wasn’t perfect (This seems to be an issue at almost everywhere that I’ve been to, because it’s never warmed fully in the middle), but I don’t fault them. I never expect Dunkin’ food to “wow” me (please bring more slider though, those are sooooo good) The coffee is always done right and that’s all that matters.

I'm officially over dunkins! The lack of care for people's orders. Before I vent, I understand it is hard to work in the customer service field, but customers shouldn't get bad orders. I ordered a coffee today, and this was at the bottom of my cup! If I wanted grounds in my coffee, I would have made my coffee at home. However, the young white lady that was working today 12/30 at 10 am was nice. That spanish lady is always rude and acts like she doesn't see you standing there.

It was supposed to close at 9pm, but it was only 7pm and I had terrible service, as the attendant didn't want to do anything
I ordered on the app so that I could grab my food and be on the road but when I opened my wrap I saw that it had MOLD!!! I got very lucky that I was able to see it before I took a bite, this could make anyone very sick. Please check your stock before selling them to customers. This is just absurd.
