Not only was my coffee ready quickly, but the employee at the counter saw me walking in the direction of the bathroom and buzzed to unlock the door for me without me having to ask. I have been in DD locations thousands of times and never had that happen once. Thank you!

The attendants need to be changed, they are not willing to work. I made an order because it was too big and he said there was no ice. I made another order and he made the coffee and kept taking forever to deliver my order. Today, 08/19/2025, at 9:25 in the morning.

We came multiple times to this Dunkin’ and the guy was very rude, never smiled, he didn’t respond to anything at all, didn’t say hi, he finished the order without asking if we wanted more, using hand motions to show us where to go, he was so DISRESPECTFUL !!!!!! Terrible experience don’t recommend at all!!!!!

Fast service and full offering but why does my iced americano/latte always have grounds in it (floating and on the bottom) even after asking staff to remake my drink? If I’m paying $5-6 to treat myself I expect better. I’ve had to ask them to remake my drink at least 3x lately. As an added punch I got myself an I Ed latte on ā€œnational espresso dayā€ as they advertised it and it looked like the images attached.

@ 625 The person on the register didn’t want to make a hot latte because he closes the store at 7. He still had 35 min to make a coffee that take 3 min.
