i ordered multiple things but especially i ordered iced caramel swirl. the coffee was extremely bitter. the barista did not make it right as this is my favorite coffee but it wasnt made right. it was bitter and also did not have any caramel. also the coffee did not taste good. had a weird taste. could not drink the coffee and had to throw it away. waste of my money. i am dissatisfied.

Ordered a cold brew with foam. Order came out as straight coffee, no ice no foam. Then to correct the order, they added the smallest amount t if foam on top. Is the only way someone in America will make an effort is if they think there is a tip at the end?

This morning my boyfriend went to buy my coffee, and I always drink the same type of coffee wherever I go (that is, I'm used to the same taste) but when I went to drink it, it had a totally different taste with espresso beyond what should have been put in and with a very bitter taste, I was extremely busy this morning and only had one chance to drink my coffee and this attendant (it was a man) completely ruined my breakfast, and my boyfriend still had the receipt in his hands and asked him to check and the order that the girl charged at the cashier was not wrong, and the coffee was made with a lot of disdain and this caused me serious stomach problems. I couldn't finish my work day because I was so unwell.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.. how we buying from Dunkin but their rude and rushing me .. I proceeded to ask.. if I wanted my coffee redone would they do it? The old hag is said yes she will.. I replied with welp.. if that's so you can't be rude and rush me out of your drive thru when I am a customer. Mind you I'm the only one in the drive thru line ...the worst customer service I've ever dealt with... Not spending my money their ever again. And it must have been the manager as well... Should not be working in customer service if you can't communicate properly with other human beings

Honestly I’ve been to this Dunkin’ before and it was great so maybe it was just an off day. I went to the drive thru with my buddy and he ordered a medium iced coffee with 2 pumps of caramel and 2 creams. I thought that sounds pretty good but I prefer vanilla so I ordered a medium iced coffee with 2 pumps of vanilla and 2 creams. We literally said the exact same thing except for the words “caramel” and “vanilla”. When the coffees came out, he received a coffee with caramel SWIRL, and I received a coffee with vanilla SHOTS. If you’ve ever been to Dunkin ever in your life, you know that the flavor shots are putrid, whereas the flavor swirls are magical. I have no idea how this happened and was very upset. He thought it was pretty funny.

It’s so nice to find a coffee shop with a drive thru! In Cambridge that’s almost nonexistent. The staff were friendly and fast. Typical Dunks coffee, which I love. Great new spot.

If you're looking for good coffee, avoid this dunkin. The cold brew is consistently low-quality, often resembling tea, even with an added shot of espresso. After politely asking for a refund today due to the poor flavor, the manager was rude, accusing me of always returning drinks. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the declining quality and unpleasant service have convinced me to take my business elsewhere

Got my order wrong 2x, I really wanted a nice iced drink. I got my 1st version from the window, it looked like a cup full of cream with minimal ice. I asked for a revision and they dumped out all the ice, added more coffee and added no ice or sweetener as requested. Had to go in store to request refund and was met with attitude and no offer to make it right or to take feedback. Will never return, incompetent.
