Painfully slow, waiting over 15 min for a mobile pickup order placed 10 min ago. One person working by himself and it's slammed on a weekday afternoon.

Ordered through the app went in store and they proceeded to ask if I was waiting for anything I told them my online order. The two girl that were on shift said they had no food so I asked for a refund and they said they can’t do any refunds while their manager is on vacation which I think is an insane thing to not have at least one person on shift be able to do refunds. I spent $14 on air and a headache because no one knows how to either turn off their online ordering or give a simple refund

Terrible place to order food. The women don't serve you and it takes forever to make a sandwich. Ordering for pickup is useless because when you arrive they haven't even made your order.

Never order from here online unless it's an ordinary coffee. They almost never have anything in stock and online never ever reflects what they do have. The workers are nice enough but they don't understand what you're asking for and that's really annoying.

This Dunkin used to be great - now there’s a certain employee working there that is hateful & unfriendly, and small orders take 40 minutes to complete. Disappointed

Today was 3 rd day in a row they messed up order, not looking at details of order through the app. I asked for sauce on my wrap and was missing all 3 days. The worst part is that they ran out of hot coffee today. How doesn’t coffee shop run out of hot coffee? Used to be a great place. New management needs work . I am currently boycotting this location

this is the best and most consistent Dunkin’ in the square. baristas work fast to get online orders and walk-in orders out but I’ve never had a dip in quality

I have ordered bacon egg / 6 pc Hash brown …when i went to pick up my order and said no Hash brown …i said ok ..i also have order of hot latte with almond-milk only ….but added sweetener and syrup…quality of this place going down day by day…

has really gone downhill in the last year. always a negative experience placing an order here. today i was held up by Yvonne until i showed my order, something ive never had to do with mobile orders prior. was deeply frustrating and embarrassing to feel so profiled.

The ladies are the best in the JFK Street Dunks

Parking: It's Cambridge. You can't park nor drive on the streets of Cambridge so of course there's no parking. Cambridge is trying to do away with 100% of parking on the streets. Isn't Camb wonderful? Pathetic
