Good place to eat, during the week very fast service but on the weekend (Sunday) there is almost always only one person and the service becomes very slow. Otherwise very good.

The coffee latte is really too weak, it's like buying milk to drink.

As I waited in line 2 people in front of me used the restrooms. I got my food , ate outside and went back in to to use the restroom, but:
"No they're broken"
"BOTH of them?"
"Yes sir."
"... Do you know of any others?"
"No sir."
I guess they thought I was someone off the street, not someone who'd actually bought something a few minutes earlier. ??

Went in recently to grab coffees and, upon leaving, noticed that two of the black iced coffees I ordered were actually black hot coffees. When I asked a staff member if I could please exchange these hot coffees to the ice coffees I ordered, he refused, literally shouting at me that I was the one who made a mistake and that I, "was confused".Now I'm not a board-certified customer service expert. And yes, I absolutely 100% could have placed the wrong order (though I'm sure I didn't). But I'm fairly confident that if a customer politely askes you to fix a mistake on an order - especially one with as easy a fix as, "dump coffee into cup with ice" - the correct move isn't to scream at that customer and throw a temper tantrum. Double especially if you only have 1 other customer in the store. There's a million other coffee shops in Harvard Square. Get your coffee elsewhere.

Nice store, in a beautiful area. A little messy inside, but it was bearable.

Lively Place!

The cappuccino I ordered was inexpensive, and great value. Moreover, it had the perfect warmth, taste, and sweetness for a cold rainy afternoon.

Vegetarian options: Coffee. Donuts. Hot chocolate.

I go here often because it is the closest coffee place. They somehow mess up my order about 70% of the time. That being said, the food and coffee are passable when done right

Good dunkin' location in Harvard Square. Generally has pretty good service but I've been burned a few times in the past so make sure to doublecheck your receipt after ordering and let the staff know if theres a mistake. The staff are very friendly! There is also good outdoor seating!

Similar to other Dunkin experiences. The place was a bit dirty though, with napkins on the floor and tables not wiped.

Located at the junction of JF Kennedy Road along Harvard, I enjoyed a very delicious breakfast.
