I'm so tired of this place changing my order without saying anything. This has happened on several occasions. I'm so damn tired of it. If you run out of something and need to change it, LET ME KNOW AND ASK. DON'T DO IT BEHIND MY DAMN BACK. You're grown adults. This shouldn't be difficult for you to do. I'm disabled so I can't go back there and get my order redone when it happens.

Title: Disappointing Experience at DD on Cambridge StreetI rarely leave comments, but last night's experience at DD on Cambridge Street compelled me to share. Usually a good place with friendly staff, my encounter with the closing staff member was disappointing. Despite me asking what time he was closing and him saying “closing time was at 10 PM”,me being there at 8:55 PM, I was told the frozen coffee machine was already cleaned, bleached and my order couldn't be fulfilled. The communication felt abrasive, and it left me dissatisfied and disappointed. Managers, please address this issue; being nice goes a long way and does not cost nothing and closing early has consequences for both customers and business. Thank you.

They completely ignore customizations when ordering through the app. You can even see the instructions on the giant sticker they put on the cup but they’re just disregarded, except for the extra charges. They don’t forget those.I’ve also come in person but was completely ignored by the girl playing on her phone until I left.

They ran my Apple Pay on someone elses order so instead of paying 1.38 I got charged 7.46$ for an order that wasn’t even mine. I was in my car when I noticed so I ran back inside and the employee told me to call my bank ? even tho he had the receipt that clearly showed my order together with a bunch of other stuff I didn’t order.
