The staff is rude. They said to a customer to leave the store after 30 minutes and move a car while there is nothing in the parking saying that the customer car should not be there for more than 30 minutes. There are other stores like Panera bread which are nicer and allow the customers to stay in their stores.
If you are looking for a place that will get your order wrong almost every single time, this is it. I am not exaggerating when I say it feels like this location has made it their mission to mess up every order that comes through the door.
If you actually want what you paid for, do not come here.
Visit after visit, the pattern is the same:
• Drinks made completely wrong
• Items missing
• Ingredients substituted without asking
• And in today’s case, I ordered a latte and was handed a cup of plain hot almond milk — no espresso, no flavor, nothing even close to what I ordered.
This isn’t a “they forgot a sugar packet” type of mistake. This is “you ordered one thing and got a completely different drink” level of incompetence. It’s to the point where I honestly believe that if you handed them a simple, clear order and gave them three chances, they’d find three different ways to get it wrong.
What makes it worse is that this isn’t a one-time bad day or a single off experience. This has been happening consistently ever since the staff and management changed. There is no sign of training, no quality control, no urgency, and no pride in the work. It feels like nobody is overseeing anything, and the customer is the one who pays the price every single time.
If you’re reading this and thinking about stopping here on your way to work, school, or home:
• Don’t risk your time.
• Don’t risk your money.
• Don’t risk starting your day angry and disappointed.
There are plenty of other Dunkin’ locations where you at least have a chance of getting what you ordered. This one? Avoid it completely. Honestly, I’d recommend staying away from this area if you’re counting on this Dunkin’ for anything more than frustration and a ruined drink.

I genuinely wish I could give this location negative stars — not just one or two, but deep, deep negative stars — because that’s how consistently disappointing this Dunkin’ has become. I’m not someone who expects luxury-level quality from Dunkin’, but this place has lowered the bar to the floor. Every visit feels like a gamble, and lately the outcome is always the same: wrong orders, careless preparation, and zero effort to make things right.
Today was the breaking point. I ordered a latte, and what I received was literally just hot almond milk. No espresso. No flavor. Nothing. Just a cup of warm milk handed to me like it was acceptable. This isn’t a small mistake — it’s the kind of mistake you only get when people simply don’t know what they’re doing or don’t care at all.
Ever since the recent changes in staff and management, this location has gone downhill at a shocking speed. It’s extremely clear that the new team hasn’t been trained properly, and it feels like nobody there is taking pride in the job or paying attention to basic quality control. The manager doesn’t seem to step in, doesn’t seem to correct anything, and the same issues keep happening over and over again.
This Dunkin’ gives the entire brand a terrible name. If you value your money, your time, or the slightest bit of consistency, avoid this location at all costs.

Employees ignored customers at counter for about 10 minutes. Manager walked by and said nothing. Understaffed for a high traffic location. Finally someone came in that was willing to look up from there station...manager still did nothing.

Horrible service — waited 20 minutes for a single drink on an online pickup order. Since the renovation and change in staff, the service has gone downhill. The new layout is unpleasant, and the staff seem inexperienced. Really miss the old crew.

I'd avoid this dunkin and go to a different one. They are fully staffed yet have no system in place to run orders smoothly, and what ends up happening is that customers receives an incomplete order.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The service is extremely slow, and the staff members show no professionalism at all. They look unfriendly and act as if customers are a burden rather than valued guests. The overall atmosphere makes you feel unwelcome, as if you are forcing them to serve you.
This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin’ Donuts. In my opinion, Dunkin’ should seriously reconsider whether this franchise deserves to represent their brand. Poor service like this damages the reputation of Dunkin’ as a whole.

Staff, not personable at all. Young girls, talking instead of doing their job. I asked the cashier for sugar and she made 3 drinks before she passed 2 packets of sugar.

It’s crazy that on Saturday you guys have only one employee to take the order, make the food and take care of the only orden. She did a great job but she shouldn’t be by herself.

I ordered the $6 meal and asked to skip the hash browns. The cashier didn’t warn me it would cost more and let me pay over $8 without saying anything. When I pointed it out, she just blamed the system. That’s what really pissed me off. It takes a second to be honest and explain things to customers. This kind of behavior is disgraceful and disappointing

I didn't think it was even conceivable, let alone, possible. But dunkin' donuts's service, specifically and particularly this one. Has gone so far downhill is practically subterranean. I will no longer exchange any of my hard-earned money, physical cash or digital, with this business any longer. Somehow they believe that they can pass off extreme incompetence as genuine good service as long as they do it in a courteous manner And believe this is an equal exchange rather than the promise goods and services they advertise. It's 7:00 in the morning and yet somehow they're out of product the app claims that they have. If it wasn't for the fact that I needed it so badly I would have set my phone on fire because just deleting the app isn't a strong enough gesture to express the frustration of the possibility that you're out of product at 7:00 in the morning on a Tuesday. And yet, here we are. I'm done with dunkin' donuts. Eight bucks for coffee and donuts, You still can't provided let alone get it right? you can keep the money. Seeing as how you make an impossible to get it from the app. You must desperately need it.
I don’t understand why you would put open at 4:30 if you’re not
