I was grabbing a coffee late one night when I saw multiple mice scurrying through the store. They darted across the floor like they owned the place—not exactly what you want to see in a spot that serves food. Not to mention the huge rats running through the parking lot
The woman working by herself this afternoon was absolutely amazing and slammed with orders but still was so kind to customers. This woman definitely deserves a raise! Great service and great food & drinks.

During a November 3 half marathon, this Dunkin locked and barricaded its restaurant. We bought $36.00 of food and drinks and could not use the bathroom. Bad customer service and no community spirit.

Just I come to buy my coffee and I want to go in restroom worker said rest room close how is it possible your customer can not use bathroom. It is violation of health department codes too if you serve customer to sit down you have to has restroom to use for your customer to wash their hand
I work as a delivery driver. Came to pick up an order. At first I waited 5 minutes, they didn’t give me my order. I showed the phone to the woman and she went off somewhere. I thought about looking for an order and just calmly waited for another 5-10 minutes. She never came back and then I saw her laughing with another girl in another room. Then I showed the order to another employee and it turned out that my order had been standing there ready behind their back all this time. This is not the first time I have wasted time at a Dunkin restaurant. No other restaurant in Boston treats delivery drivers this bad.

The Cambridge Dunkin’ made a pregnant woman PAY and yelled at them for using the restroom. Absolutely terrible. Very threatening and nasty.

terrible experience from this place on Monday morning around 6.45 am . two employees were fighting each other and one was using bad words in front of us.even there was manager who was silent

Probably been here at least 50 times in my life, they only messed up my order once. And even then, the manager literally noticed I was looking at my drink funny, asked what was up, and had someone remake my drink in 30 seconds. Good spot

I am absolutely amazed this is the only Duncan's location out of literally all of them across Massachusetts that I've been to that had the perfect tasting New Ham croissant everywhere else the croissant comes out cold in the Middle with a horrible freezer burn taste this one tasted amazing

The service is very bad, the bathroom is always closed due to maintenance and they only give the key to friends, the customers do not care about them. Very bad treatment. The employee says it is the manager's instructions.

They put a sign on the toilet out of service for customers. But I see one guy came and went to bathroom who may be known to the sales associate.
