I ended up going to this location because the one in Kendall Square was out of Boxes O' Joes. Turns out that was one of the best series of events to have occurred. The whole time the staff here treated me with an extremely friendly and inviting atmosphere, on top of being really fast and efficient with my order. I'm definitely heading back whenever I can!

The service here is terrible. They have 4 people working leave people standing in line for 5 minutes while they have personal calls. They completely mumble to all customers then don’t want to repeat. Messed up order twice.

A chain coffee and donut specialty store located in Cambridge. The large cups of coffee are cost-effective, and the donuts are also cheap. The overall price is good, and the donuts are pretty good. There are seating areas and restrooms inside the store.

This place is just gross at this point. After finding bugs in my coffee months before. I thought to give them a chance because accidents happen. But now I need hair in my coffee. Absolutely disgusting literally don’t go here.

The ladies/guys who work there are always attentive. You can see they are hard workers who probably have a family at home. But management DOESN'T ALLOW them to get tips! Every other coffee shop in the US allow their employees to make tips. Why is so special about Dunkin, that even "running" the country, it doesn't allow their poor workers to take a few extra bucks home everyday?

Whenever I feel like I don't have control over my life, or I am plagued with fear of the unknown, I place a mobile order here; knowing with 100% confidence that they will forget the donut, and I will have to wait in line and ask for the donut after receiving the rest of my items. With that said the staff are nice, despite probably being understaffed. The food is always up to standard as well.

The manager need to hire kind people and train them. One employee was so so rude to me and my childrens at 11/3/23.
Too slow . It’s unnecessary , just to get a bagel with cream cheese on the side.
The line moves like molasses, staff are unfriendly, and orders are consistently either incomplete or incorrect. One cashier always has a RBF plastered to her face and even picked up a personal phone call one time. This is absolutely abysmal.
The woman worker was an hard worker. She lack sufficient help on this day.

Old school Dunkin. Has probably been here forever.
It’s so unfair that you would only have 2 staff members during morning rush hours…this is continuous mismanagement of the store. There’s no way you are not losing money.
Slowwwww
Old, tired D&D. Not particularly pleasant.

Stood in line at the register for a good 10 minutes without being served. Can't rate the food as I never was served.
