I don’t understand why the everything bagels at this location barely have everything. They mess up orders and the coffees are a hit or miss that they’ll actually be good.

This place is dirty and the numbers and names are always changing on my receipt when I order the same thing. I hate having to go here because of a lack of better choices. The business gets to be terrible and profit because there is no where else to go.

A standard Dunkin's as far as the menu offerings are concerned: bland coffee, sugary iced drinks, highly-processed donuts, and ultra-zapped hot items. But if you have the addictive Dunkin's app, with all its deals and bonus point offers, then it may be worth it to stop by for a cheap fix of empty carbs. Plus service here was diligent and efficient when I last visited. Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin' Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Do off-center, tackily slanted "action" shots add any value? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions or gimmicks whatsoever.

I've tried this Dunkin' on several occasions. Two things are consistent here - unfriendly staff and coffee never tastes right. Yesterday was the same and so it was the last time I will ever go this Dunkin location.

Absolutely terrible location. Staff seems to not have any idea what to do. The online app seems to always have things unavailable. I have a caffeine sensitivity and this location refuses to to make ALL espresso drink available with decaf on the online app. I have also received stale bread 4 times from this location.I have called Dunkin corporate 4 times. No resolution. In addition the owner lied saying she contacted me when she didn't.

the indian woman that owns this place is terribly rude and mean to the customers. she never makes anyone's orders correctly and always gets a mean attitude over water and whip cream. the store is mismanaged because you'll go to the register speak to a barista and think your order is set and the indian lady comes back and basically starts asking you tell her your order so going to order at register is pointless. worst service 10/10 don't recommend the indian lady that's always at this location with a big attitude

This place is certainly not going to get a speeding ticket anytime soon. I think they replaced the slow disorganized service that was at the former central square location. Ive been the only customer here before and still had to wait 15 mins for one Sandwich while theres 3 employees behind the counter. When I do come here I make sure I have plenty of time even if im just getting a donut. I have no idea why its so slow im guessing poor management and delegation of staff. I did give two stars because fortunately ive always expierence politeness on behalf of the staff here and the place is clean.

Poor service. Multiple drinks and food orders with receipts attached so workers didn't know who the food was for or what they had made. Latte and bagel took 15 minutes when ordered online
