Frappe
A milkshake is a milk, ice cream, and flavoring, unless you're in Boston, in which case that's a frappe because. In Boston, a milkshake is a cold milk mixed with powdered flavor.
Root Beer Float
Two scoops of sweet cream (it's gotta be sweet cream) and root beer. A thing perhaps only I notice is when you're eating a root beer float and the foam freezes into tiny crunchies because of the cold of the ice cream.

This is a taste of 6 regular-sized scoops of ice cream.

Espresso and water and also more water if you want it.

Double shot of espresso with milk and foam and also sweet sweet chocolate.
Affogato
Your choice of ice cream and a (double) shot of espresso. Aaron doesn't believe in coffee ice cream, and only makes it under duress, but if you get this you're pretty much-getting coffee ice cream with the requisite buzz.
Hot Chocolate
It's our hot fudge and milk all steamed up in a delicious delight.
Aussie Iced Latte
It's an iced latte with a scoop of ice cream and a double shot of espresso and also milk and it's from Australia (the drink, not the milk).

My partner and I came for one of the individually ticketed ice cream making classes, and it was perfect. We were already huge Gracie’s enthusiasts, and this class made us even bigger fans. Aaron is a mastermind genius of ice cream and a hilarious, silly human. I promise you’ll learn a lot, and leave filled to the brim with ice cream, hot dogs and love.

I have been to Earnest Drinks now 3 different times and I have always been pleased with the variety & novelty their menu offers. For instance, they have a cocktail per astrological sign- it’s a fun way to try new drinks. I enjoyed a Virgo despite being a Cancer, and next time I’ll try a Capricorn !! Every time I’ve visited, the music, cleanliness, decor, and extremely helpful staff have made this experience one worth repeating. To further emphasize why I recommend visiting...

Our team went here for a work outing to do the ice cream making class and everyone loved it! Aaron took the time to explain some ice cream history\and how its made/their process while also keeping a group of 16 of us entertained. We then had the opportunity to make our own custom flavor and Sundaes after. I would definitely recommend this for your next team event!

Dietary restrictions: They were also great about working with someone on our team who had a gluten allergy!
